I really like the Boody undergarments. I have been wearing them for a couple of years now and doubt I will ever change.they are incredibly comfortable and wash well. I recently also ordered a night shirt and love it, it is so soft and comfortable. They also recently helped me out with a shipping problem and I was very impressed.

The first time I ordered from here, I had no issues. However, on my second order I was charged import fees of approximately $25CAD. Someone from Boody reached out to me to say that it was an error and that they would refund me what I paid, which they did. Then I needed a different size of one of the items I ordered and when I went online to exchange, they wanted to charge me $9.95 for the exchange, even though their website says exchanges are free and they only charge for returns. I emailed them to ask about it and they said that I should not be charged and they are looking into it. I just hope they get it solved before the size I need is out of stock.

The bra is soft and comfortable. I love the built in light lining. The only downside is the straps are too short to convert to racer back comfortably even on the longest length. I tried a couple of different sizes and the bigger size was slightly better for this but still almost unwearable as a racer back. Overall great bra but Boody please lengthen the straps!

Love their t shirt bra! Pads are sewn in so no dealing with them moving around. Very comfortable! It’s all I’ll be wearing!

This is the most comfortable sleep set. It’s silky smooth to wear, looks and feels good. Also Boody has a very good customer service department. Highly recommend and I will definitely purchase again.

Really nice quality bras. Fit is great. Straps not too thin. Fabric has good stretch but keeps its shape. Sizing accurate. I did size up for a looser / casual fit. For a pullover, wireless bra—still allows shape without a lot of uni-boob. Highly recommend. Great customer service. UPS charged me duty. Boody admin caught it and refunded me immediately and they dealt with UPS.

I was worried about a customs clearance charge from UPS, but I didn't need to pay a penny when I received the package.I love their product, so no complaints about that, but I still hope their distribution place can return to Canada.
I might buy from the US site next time and go to the border to pick it up. I hope this review helps

I have also been a loyal Boody Canada customer for years and love their entire line. I can’t recommend it enough, but I refuse to ever order from them again and feel completely ripped off with their new shipping & duty fees that they sneakily integrated into their Canadian Boody site.

I ordered for years and never had to pay duty. They didn’t even have the decency to let their loyal customers know this would be happening. So disappointing.

So incredibly let down and disappointed that Boody used to ship from Canada and now, despite having a "Canadian" site are shipping from the UK. What a horrible blow to the gut to get hit with a massive customs/duty and admin charges without any warning up front, and this after already paying taxes at time of order!! I finally found the details digging into the shipping FAQs but really Boody, seems shady to bury that info. I've been a loyal customer for years and now I don't even want to buy again because it seems like a cheap trick to keep a Canadian site to lure customers. So disappointed.

I ordered a wrong size and the exchange process was quick and painless. As soon as I posted the item back my new item was being shipped to me, no waiting for it to be received first. I really appreciate that. Very responsive customer service.

I am thrilled with the new wide leg pants, perfect fit and fall beautifully little over my shoes. The pants are classy and can be dressed up or worn with a Tee-shirt and jean jacket...quite versatile. Since I'm petite I was afraid they would be too long and pay to have them hemmed.

Customs + double tax of about 30% of my order total was a rude shock on pick-up (shipped from the UK). Fit is as advertised and fabric is soft, but I will be paying much more attention to country of origin in future.

waited months for stock to return due to getting the wrong size and being offered a credit as the return time expired and to find out finally having the stock in, being made in China and shipped from Germany, we had to pay an extra $67.68 in duty as hemp clothes are not exempt as all other clothing is.

I really like the products that I bought but was super surprised by the fact that it was shipped from Germany and Canada customs charged me $91.00 on a $254.83 bill. When I made this order stating the country I was from Canada, I thought that it would be shipped from here. I'm disappointed and feel a bit ripped off.

I've been a repeat customer because the clothes are comfortable, but I won't order again after suddenly getting a huge duty bill.

I got charged for duty fees equals to 1/3 of the total amount of my order, which is outrageous. I wish I would have seen the reviews I just read about before so I would never have placed that order...

Finally a comfortable bra that has good lift and I can last all day in! First day out I put it to the test with a 2 hour dog walk, chiro appointment, yoga and an 8 hour work day I didn’t have to keep adjusting and I was comfortable all day long. I didn’t even change out of it until bed because it was as supportive as my work bra with an underwire but as comfy as a lounge bra! I’m definitely getting all the colours!

Really like their products and have ordered from them several times. But they no longer ship from Canada, as they had in the past. Instead, products are now shipped from Europe and incur duty -- I had to pay $36 on a $95 order... Also, returns are no longer free. This is mentioned on their website but since I'd ordered before without issues I didn't really take notice.
