I have been contacted by Advokat Radoslav Koychev on behalf of C-date claiming that I am have to pay 303 euros by 16/09/24 for a unpaid subscription which I NEVER signed up too.

Complete scammers!!!! I will be taking this further if i have not heard from anyone. I have sent multiple emails to C-date and Advokat Radoslav in hope i will receive a response but nothing.

The whole site is a con and a scam. They make it very difficult to find out how to cancel and it is nit straightforward. The site is full of bots, this becomes ever clearer when they try to trap people by hiding away the cancel option avd then hitting them with additional charges, I stopped the payment as I wasn’t sure how to cancel and now like 100’s of others are being threatened with debt collection and additional charges. This is how they make their money. They don’t reply to emails either, all part of the scam. DO NOT USE THIS SITE .

I cancelled my subscription to this service. Very difficult to find out how to cancel. They are demanding that I pay for further subscription after cancellation. No replies to emails but now threatening me with debt collection. I received a letter from CMS stating it is a second reminder but it is actually the first I'd received. I am seeking legal advice. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Very poor company i cancel my payment alot before now they are keep sending me email that my payment is due and if i not pay that they will take leagel action
Is that for real if i already canceled why should i pay

Do not sign up for this I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 2 days and so far I've not heard anything back I've emailed them 3 times so far and no-one as got back to me . And when they say you can delete your subscription and profile on your profile page that is rubbish. Everything as been sorted now and my account as been cancelled thanks very much

This site is a scam
They won’t let you cancel on there site for membership
When you stop payments at your bank they get a debt collection agency onto you.
I’m currently trying to figure out if the debt collection agency is a legitimate or not
They are called eCollect

So my bank actually blocked this company and put a block on my bank account I had to go direct to my bank to resolve due to this being a major concern, fastforward 1 year I'm now receiving demanding letters from a company in Germany for money I apparently owe, I never even got past the main bit because my bank said no, all the same would love to see how they can even get this money as clearly this is a scam company and any judge would look at this and chuck it straight out... anyways avoid this company they will Rob you blind and then get a legal company involved

Signed up to this website over a week ago, and immediately realised I made a big mistake after looking at the reviews. I then tried to cancel immediately but it was impossible to do so. I then contacted them via their contact form requesting for my membership to be cancelled. There is not cancellation link on their website. I will be reporting this website and seeking legal aid.

yes it is a scam,firstly started talking to a woman for a while who wouldn't swap numbers, then asked me to chat by email, then changed to another address then asked me to chat on another dating site which I would of had to sign to for, there's 5 or 6 profiles that are on there 24/7 which are just profiles set up by the company using a chat bot or AI

as other people have stated the cancellation form on the bottom of the homepage doesn't exist

my matches are 12 people no more no less

Absolutely untrustworthy site. They take larger amounts of money off you than first stated. When I cancelled they said I hadn’t done it in the allocated time so they would be charging me another payment which then turned out to be a three month subscription fee. I have had to block my payments on PayPal to make sure they don’t defraud me of anymore money. Stay well clear also the site it totally useless.

Do not use this company they state there is a cancellation form on there home page. This form doesn’t exist they will continue to deduct payments and will not accept a cancellation by email

Just received a debt collection letter from a company on behalf of C-Date. Have never had any card payments or direct debits attempted by C-Date on my bank account. Surely there would have been attempts to debit my card or take a direct debit IF there had been a subscription. Have reported this company to Action Fraud - Josef Scargill

This fraudulent site is a complete scam.
My bank advised me of this and blocked their attempts of taking any more money from my account. My good friend who is an investigative journalist has looked into the people behind this and will be publishing his findings. They have no legal rights to your money and are no better than thieves. Block their emails and ignore their threats.

I was scammed by this company nearly 2 years ago, I keep getting threatening letters from a company demanding £304.
they threaten that debt recovery is being carried out. initially this was part of a bigger scam, that cost me £6000.00
but this German solicitors keep coming back offering a last chance to pay before legal action.
i was informed by the city police crime fraud department. don't pay, as they have no legal challenge to this without taking it to small claims first.. to which they won't want to do..

SO ADVICE DON'T PAY THE LETTERS

I used this rip off site for a week and it was rubbish. I cancelled but they have sent me a nasty demand email. I owe them nothing. Luckily my sister in law is a solicitor, she has looked at it and agrees that it’s a total scam. I won’t be paying them anything they threatened me with a debt collection agency. Just scamming bullies avoid don’t use this. I’m happy to see them in court.

I paid £10 for a bit of fun and it has now turned into an absolute nightmare. I am seeking legal advice regarding their business practices and menacing behaviour.
I am receiving emails at 0430 in the morning. . My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Scammers. Like the rest I emailed them to cancel and now getting court letters off some fraud in Germany.

I practice law, my son made a stupid mistake and signed up to this scam site with my card. The initial payment would seem to be a sign up subscription fee. Payments of £49.99 would then leave my account on a subscription like basis, some twice in the same week. Looking like a higher premium subscription had been triggered. After a series of attempts to cancel to no avail (unanswered E-mails and calls and endless cycle of following a process to cancel billing which ended up back at square one). I was left with no option but to freeze my card and contact the bank.
My colleagues and I think there is a strong case to take this to court and stop this site operating in the UK. Further liaison with foreign counterparts who are also of the same opinion.

Please can you also stop sending me mail after I canceled subscription after a long time and I don't owe you guys jack and you guys should stop acting like you just want to fraud people of their money.
