I joined the app two days ago, was a little dubious before joining as of the reviews and not a firm I've ever heard off. I must say like others here, the navagation is really slow and the outlay is really poor. I don't like the fact they charge you to deposit either, never experienced that in my life on other sites.

Where do I start? Charged me a fee for depositing and then didn't stand by the terms and conditions of their welcome offer. I completed the welcome offer and they failed to issue the free bet as clearly advertised. I made sure I followed all the terms correctly as well. Went on the live chat a few times to chase it up but they kept saying there was a 'technical issue'. To top it all off, they terminated the chat each and every time I tried to question them. Complete frauds. Stay well away from this one. How on earth the Gambling Commission allow a site like this to even exist is beyond me.

I have used quite a few betting sites in the past and haven't had issues with any of them (in particular with withdrawals). I placed a bet with Bzeebet (to take advantage of their sign up offer) and I got lucky and won. I went to withdraw the money and they requested further documentation (as normal), which I provided (note the documents have been accepted for all betting sites I have used). It's been a week now and I have heard nothing. To be honest I don't think I will get the money that I withdrew and I am seriously thinking that this is a scam site. Please just use a reliable betting site. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with a company like this.

I was betting in play with this company when you place a bet it is then goes for authorisation this can take some time before the bet is accepted. I placed a bet on a foot all game that was at 1 1 on under 2.5 goals while waiting for the bet to be authorised another goal was scored. When I looked at the status of the bet I placed it was still at a pending state. I checked 5 minutes later and the bet was in a state of lost. Therefore they accepted the bet when bzeebet already new I had lost which I believe is completely unfair as I belive the bet should have been rejected when the score changed.

The worst site I have ever used! Charge you the customer for depositing and withdrawing. The odds are not anywhere competitive with other bookmakers, the site is difficult to navigate and slow, you spend half your time waiting for the "system" to deal with you bet. Please read this review and bet elsewhere with better odds and promotions. Disgraceful betting site!

A large deposit of mines was pending for hours before being declined, they said it will be returned within 24 hours, they then said later that the deposit had been declined so they never received the money. It’s now been 5 days and the money is still missing. The dialogue has been unbelievably slow. They don’t care about customer service, only lining there pockets.
