I got to meet Erim!
I had the best experience using the ByErim range! I started using the hair oil about 3 years ago which gave me thick, healthy hair with great growth as well as a soft beard! When I found out the scalp scrub, shampoo and conditioner I had to buy some and it was so worth it I also had a chance to meet the owner, Erim! She's just as amazing as you'd imagine kind, caring and honest, everything you'd want in the person designing your haircare range!

Products are great
I love Erim’s products and have been using the hair oil for a while therefore thought to try out the rest of the range. However as there was a issue with the courier which resulted to a item being damaged after a few emails back and forth the customer service team have helped out by sending a replacement out. Thank you to the team for resolving this,

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, met this erim in person and the way she spoke to my friend asking if she wanted to buy the products like four times without even explaining about them or letting her try them on.. like she was desperate for a sale.. this women needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills! Never would i ever buy from her, total put off!

Great product. Better team.
Great product, run by a motivated owner/operator, who is always developing her product range to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
Been using the original hair product for well over a year and it's perfect. It's surprising how long a bottle lasts.
Quality product, can't fault it.

Unfortunately I have to take back my review comment. I did give it 5 stars as I used the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks and liked it. It’s been about 2 months now and I’ve seen so much hair fall out. Like you wouldn’t believe. My hair feels thin now. Was absolutely gutted as I bought the whole range. Won’t be buying again

I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner! The scent is divine, and it leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and smooth. I am on my fourth purchase of the luxury hair oil bottle and can’t recommend it enough! The price is definitely worth it as they last a good time ( my previous bottle was purchased over 9 months ago and I am still using it!). It is very effective in boosting hair growth and nourishment, it makes my hair super shiny and soft. Don’t hesitate to buy this, I say everyone needs this for themselves.
