I was skeptical at first...
I was skeptical at first to purchase from Buyr, but glad I used them. Their customer service is great; Charlotte helped me get the product I wanted in a different color than what was listed. I got a great deal; better than Amazon and free shipping. I placed my order and 2 days later it was on my porch! I will be definitely using them in the future.

Order unfulfilled
I bid and won my first two items only to later learn they were not in stock. You shouldn’t advertise items if they are not in stock.

Hi Shane,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're always looking to improve from feedback and we expect our retailers to reflect inventory levels accurately and in a timely manner. I apologize for the inconvenience that you had an order canceled.
That said, we're glad to see you unlocked a 20% discount on a pair of board shorts. Heck of a deal for a brand that's not usually on sale!
We hope to see you back at Buyr.com for another great deal soon.
Easy & Responsive Atop a Great Deal!
I mistakenly believed that the price bid was a grand total. Taxes placed the item beyond our budget and I contacted Customer Service. They understood and cancelled the purchase. Another bid was entered within the purchase point and secured with a prompt delivery of a perfectly unopened item!
What more could one expect when this quality of service is becoming so increasingly rare? Thanks Buyr.com!!!
