Wrong item, but able to return
Got wrong item and had a hard time figuring out how to arrange a return, but it's on its way now. Disappointed that it wasn't what I was looking for, but glad I can return it relatively easily. Might help to make clearer on the website how to do this. I wouldn't have expected to find a return link under tracking.

I never heard of this site before and I pretty much rolled the dice to see if it was really legit or not. I wanted these certain paige jeans (fairmont), but they were out of stock on other sites, and this was the only place that had it in stock. It's pretty much like ebay you make an offer they either accept/compromise the price. Nice experience overall the only thing is the shipping took a week for me, but when I contacted them they had it shipped the same day, so to come to a conclusion I'd definitely recommend this site.

Very easy process. I was able to buy my shoes at a price that I liked. And it only took a day to find my acceptable match. I am very happy. The same shoe was still selling for full price at a large retailer. I was able to buy them for 50% off.

Our representatives responded to each of your inquiries and sent you a total of 9 (NINE!) emails attempting to get a response from you so we could figure out what went wrong and offer you a solution. For whatever reason, you haven't responded or seen our attempts to assist you...
The carrier provided proof of successful delivery on your order, but it's always possible it was stolen or misplaced. Still, we need you to communicate with our representatives so that we may find you a solution.

Very easy to use, effective and I got an accepted price for my item. It turned out that some of the info about the product was not correct, manufacturer’s info not Buyr info and I had to return the item. Buyr sent me a return shipping label and the return went smoothly. I was then able to use Buyr again and get the correct item. Thanks Buyr, you didid a great job.

I never put in the price that they said…
I never put in the price that they said they matched ! And they sent me the item and billed my PayPal account . Going thru the return process with them now - which may take 30 days to get my money !!! Urgh !

I do see that we refunded you the same day your return was received on (5/13), but PayPal has your refund listed as "pending" because you have not verified your account. I would encourage you to reach out to PayPal to figure out if there is a way for them to speed it up, because we agree that is unacceptably slow (via PayPal: "Expected Clearing Date: May 18, 2022 - May 23, 2022").
