If I could give a 0 I would. You sell knock offs which is fine but they are not made to standard size. Your return policy and customer service are a joke. A phone that no one picks up. You sold me something you knew was wrong and now you won't refund my money. That inside tags are even printed incorrect. I don't want a partial refund I want my full money back! Do better and stop ripping people off.

This company is a fraud!! They took my money and never sent my shoes. No refund was sent to me.

Bought Kobe shoes for my son for Christmas. They are fake. You could smell the plastic as soon as the box was opened. The shoelaces are different, the insoles and the design on the tongue are different. I contracted the store to return, they asked for photos and then ended communication to provide a return or refund. The phone on the website does not work. I paid $180 for the shoes. The site is a scam. Do not purchase from this site.

There’s a lot of fake reviews at the bottom of this company to make it look legit. This company is a scam that sells fake shoes. Look up their address in Aurora that’s in their website? It’s a random house next to an empty field. Look up their business address in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, it’s a speech therapy school next to a church. These guys are scammers, RUN

SCAMMERS! I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter’s Christmas present. She opened them on Christmas Day, and BuyPurity had sent me the wrong size. So that same day, on Christmas Day evening, I went to their website looking for an exchange/return mailing label. There was none on the website. So I emailed the company that day, Christmas Day, asking for an exchange/return label. They emailed me back, saying they could not exchange the shoes but would give me a 15% return. I emailed them back, saying this "offer" was unacceptable because I still wanted to order the shoes for my daughter. I told them that if they didn’t refund me 100% so I could then repurchase their shoes, then I would write a negative review. They never responded to my 2nd email. I have emailed them three times since then. They basically have ghosted me.

STAY AWAY! This place is a fraud. The shoes they sell are not authentic. I placed an order on 12/17/2024 and tried to cancel when I noticed it was shipping from Hong Kong. Upon receiving the shoes, I saw many defects. I emailed the company and I've been given the run-around. They stopped responding to my emails and refuse to refund my money or send me a return label. Now I'm out $140 and stuck with fake shoes. Learn from my experience and shop elsewhere!

Don't expect to get a refund from this company at MAX 30%, they'll recommend you to give the shoes to your friends instead. Shipping takes forever, they won't give you updates or let you cancel the order before you receive it. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Phoebe in customer support needs to find a different job, customer service isn't her area of expertise for sure.

Well let's see I ordered shoes on 22nd and still no update on them at all and when I email noone here back to me and the phone number ya call they don't answer I need to figure out how to get my money back and give my business elsewhere

If I could give them zero stars I would this place is a scam, the phone number no one answers Ever you can never track your orders. I was refunded stating that the product was out of stock but it’s still on the website this is a very unprofessional online site and it should be shut down. I waited over two weeks for these little boys Christmas gifts they cried because it wasn’t here for Christmas I told them it would be a week late and now I’m gonna have to tell them their not getting it at all.. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had ordering online. Don’t waste your time or your money… I’ll be back with my legal team because this store needs to be shut down..

I never received anything from but purity . They even sent me an email that my order was fulfilled, that they hope I like the shoes I’ve ordered , and if I can write positive review and positive feedback. Once again I never received anything and I was charged for what ordered!!

I ordered a 6.5 shoe, received a 7.5 and when I contacted the company they offered me 20% when THEY made the error. Absolutely horrible customer service.

All it takes is a little common sense. Real Jordans are gonna be a lot more than this. Looking at the price alone, being that most are the same price, should tell you automatically that these are fake shoes. Buyer beware. No one should pay more than $50 for counterfeit shoes

I don't know what trick they use, but when placing an order in this "store" first read the reviews. I made an order by mistake and quickly notified them that I wanted to cancel it, they replied within a couple of hours that they would process the cancellation, two days later they sent me an email through a "PAYPAL" message that my refund would be issued to my bank on December 20, 2024. I never received my refund on that date, I have written to them and they do not respond, the supposed track status they provide directly indicates that the status of the refund is not found, that there is nothing. So when communicating with customers, be more professional and return the money on the date stipulated by yourselves, this way you avoid bad reviews on your page. For my part, I will not make a purchase on this page again, not even by mistake.

They only get one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give them zero. This place is a complete and total scam. I placed an order with them only to be given a bogus tracking number for my order that supposedly shipped 2 days after being placed. When I contacted them to call them out on it, I got a one line response stating that “your order has been canceled and refunded”. The only problem is that it was not refunded and they still have my $280 and never shipped the products that they are claiming they sent. Stay away!

I made the mistake of researching the Buypurity site after I made multiple purchases. After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot and a YouTube review I began communication requesting a refund. The customer service was very good. They understood and gave me a full refund on two orders and a partial on one. I would rather lose part of my money than all of it. I will continue to watch Buypurity to see if their reputation improves. I really liked the things on their site.

This company sells counterfeit items. They are not the real thing and they are charging astronomical prices. I bought sneaks for $148 and they do not do refunds or exchanges for other sizes. They are a scam. Do not buy from them I’ve even emailed them numerous times and no one responds to the email.
