Just an awful experience. I understand this company sells replicas of shoes to make the cost low. However, when I received my Jordans, they were 1 inch shorter than the other 30 pairs I have.

They have ghosted me, and refused to offer me a full refund. I have reported them, and hope to have this resolved. I ordered a second pair a few weeks after the first (didn't know how shady this site was), and it's been 3 months and I have not received the second pair.

Spend $40 more and buy from a legit sit.

Honestly, I didn't expect the sneakers to feel this premium at the price. The stitching is strong. the soles are hard but comfortable, and they pair well with jeans or joggers. BuyPurity surprised me in the best way.

My son is obsessed with sneakers, and he loved the pair I bought from Buypurity. Great gift idea with fast delivery.

Don’t buy from this website, it’s fake. I purchased a pair of shoes on here for a gift, and I never got my order. Trying to track the order leads to a blank screen. I left an email through their “contact us”, and I never got a response. Don’t purchase from them, don’t waste your time. Purchased shoes on 04/20/25 and I still haven’t heard anything or received my order.

This place is a SCAM! They sent me fake ass shoes glued together and stained. They told me they would give me 10 percent off of my next purchase?!! WHAT?!? They have ignored my last 5 emails asking for a full refund 😡

These are counterfeit products from Asia. Shoes did not fit. They are knock-offs.

The shoes I order arrived in a timely manner had no issues and when I contacted costumer service theought email they replied to me within a day.

If you see a positive review trust and believe its from someone that works for them. This company is a scam. DON'T DO IT!!

I would NEVER buy from this place again they sent the wrong size then want to charge me for their mistake unbelievable… I think this is a way to get even more money from the customer smh on top of that the contact number is a fake no EVER answers

I purchased two pairs of shoes for my wife on their website. Instead of delivering to my house, the fly-by-night delivery company they use (Aramex) delivered to an address I lived at 4 years ago. Supposedly, because the shoes never showed up there, either. Getting anyone to either replace the shoes or give me a refund has been an exercise in frustration.

IF ZERO STARS were available... This company AND the shoes are fake. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, and immediately decided to investigate the company, and the products. Call the phone number, disconnected. Google earth both addresses, FAKE! One was an address for a neighborhood community garden. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! RUN!!! been almost two weeks, no tracking, nothing!! FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE

Oh, and make sure you try your shoes on as soon as you get them because the wrong size was sent to me.

The shoes arrived on May 24th. Considering I never got tracking info and was unable to reach anyone to inquire about my order, I probably won’t order from them again. But the shoes made it finally. Whew!

I can’t get tracking information. I have called the number listed for Buypurity and it rings and rings with no answer. I was told to wait 15 business days. It’s been 16 business days and nada.

This site is a scam

It took 17 days for me to get my order but i did get them. This is a legit site with authentic shoes. Very happy with my package. But it is hard to get in touch with them to track your package, but your package will come for sure!!!!! Very happy with my product. My husband loves Jordan's so I ordered the air jordan 9 retro pure bred. Will definitely order from buypurity again!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They took my money, never provided a delivery date, and I received zero updates on when—or if—my shoes would ship. The customer service is nonexistent, and the experience has been completely frustrating. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Call customer service and no one picks up. Order tracking doesn't work and then they send an email that the order was fulfilled. Never got a shipping notice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
