Scam I ordered two pairs of sneakers from you guys and only received one pair and the whole time never received shipping or tracking until my bank reached out and then they reached out by email stating they satisfied order as seller and have 1 tracking number and one 1 package delivered by FedEx I have that picture too so I will be contacting police with this and thank God I have camera on my property too I just want my refund for the other pair that never came.The review are horrible I would never ordered from here.alot of ppl said that This is what they do if you order one you never get sneakers or your money back,order two you get one pair and brunt for the other got charged 311.00 for 1 pair f**** otta here I'm making sure this goes public two.

This site is a scam! Don't order from here! Ordered shoes and they took a month to get and then they weren't the right shoes and were in crappy condition. Tried to email to return shoes and no response. No answer when I call either! These fools owe me some money!

Scammed and not responsive. Box was terribly damaged and included odd add-ins such as a cut and broken StockX tag, magazine pages with images of Kobe and a green plastic iron on Mamba symbol. All of this makes them seem like replicas and not authentic. Store did not reply to email provided from PayPal. No confirmation email from BuyPurity, but instead an email 2 weeks later for a review. When submitting the review, it is deleted and redirects to a Page Does Not Exist disclaimer on Buypurity.com. Has not responded to the email sent to contact@buypurity. Should have checked the reviews beforehand. Not to be trusted

They sent the wrong size, now they never reply. Don’t shop here!

I bought my grandson the Jordan 4’s for Christmas. Automatically received a tracking number but they never moved for 3 weeks. They sat in the same place from the day I ordered. It wasn’t until I emailed threatening to cancel order and report them that they started moving. The odor coming from them took my breath away. The customer service is a joke. These people saying they got quick delivery are not telling the truth. I barely got them in time for Christmas. Will never order from them again. Just another fraudulent company coming from overseas. I paid way to much for the shoes to have this happen, buy purity and easelenchantment are both trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Haven’t received my order yet I ordered my shoes on Jan 29th still ain’t got them

I purchased New Balance 993 shoes about 3 weeks ago. I received the shoes but they were to big. I sent emails and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I have never heard from them.

I was pretty skeptical about buying from Buy Purity at first. I’d seen some mixed reviews, and I wasn’t sure if it was a legitimate site or just another one of those middlemen who make promises but fail to deliver. Despite my doubts, I decided to give it a shot because the price seemed reasonable compared to other places.

The waiting was brutal. The shipping took forever, and to make matters worse, I couldn’t even see any tracking information. Every time I tried to check the status of my order, nothing would come up. It felt like the package was completely off the radar, and I started getting seriously worried I’d been scammed. I even began preparing to dispute the purchase.

In the end, the product was legit and in great condition, but the entire experience could have been much smoother if Buy Purity had been more transparent about the shipping and sourcing process

It has been a week .. big scam moments after I paid they created a shipping label that was a week ago and that's as far as it got was waiting a label.. 🤬

Update...I got the shoes after 2 weeks and they are fake!

Beware- although their policy (posted on their website and contained in the order confirmation email) says you can cancel or change the order by emailing within 6 hours of the order, they will NOT honor that policy. I emailed them within 30 minutes to cancel an order and they ignored it completely. I tried to submit a claim to PayPal and the seller refused to honor the policy, saying they had already sent the merchandise. Then PayPal denied the refund because the seller did actually send the merchandise — totally missing the point.

The shoes themselves are very cute but I don’t appreciate the seller refusing to honor their change/cancel policy.

Ordered Sambas 2 months ago and got nothing but a lesson in being scammed. Do not buy anything from BuyPurity. Also, if you read the 5 star reviews they are obviously all from the scammers. They all have the same feel and mention BuyPurity very early in the review. Not at all real reviews.

I purchased an item from this website February 24th never received it, reach out by email, called no response from anyone at this so called company. As many others here have attested, don’t waste your time with this website it is definitely fake. They took my money through PayPal which I don’t know how, I don’t have a PayPal account nor did I select that method of payment. Don’t be a victim.

This store is a scam I ordered Jordan’s shoes and they took my money I paid with debit card and they received it with PayPal under a different name. They don’t respond to your emails they have a fake phone number and they don’t send tracking number information to good to be true. They don’t respond 👎the picture of there store goes to a house in a neighborhood this is a fraudulent site buyer beware it’s not worth the cheap price for imitation products!!!
