I brought a 19 bucks Los bros I never got it Started Cussing out at me Saying swear words AND ALL OF THAT

This company is a complete scam! If you see the good reviews names are all friends and family of the owner. You do not get what you think you have ordered and then you get no response afterwards. Even when ordering through B&Q they don’t help so just don’t buy from this company!

Extremely unprofessional, if you can do better, RUN!

Ordered an abaseen rug for £100 in bright orange and I rang up customer services and sent an email follow up as I had read reviews of some people getting sent a fake/cheaper branded rubbish so I wanted confirmation ahead of paying. Spoke to a rude asian women on the phone who just kept repeating that the rug online is the exact same one that will be sent. Went ahead and bought the rug and they sent me some cheap rubbish different branded rug that they claimed wouldn't happen. As I was one step ahead and expecting this, I refused delivery and took a photo on my doorstep. I then emailed saying it's on its way back and I have reported this company to trading standards as they don't provide what you pay for. Thankfully I managed to get my money back but many other people haven't been as lucky as get totally ignored. I also noticed that as soon as I had placed my order, their phone line no longer worked and was just an automated message saying 'the other person isn't operating' so no way to call them..... Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of buying from and I hope this review saves other people the hassle

This company take money from you and do not deliver the goods they are also very rude with their emails and phone calls , messages are written back to you with lack of the ability to write structured English , I’ve seen pre school children write better, they belittle you in a very angry child like and manner when you question them about orders or touch a nerve about trading standards infact you as the customer you are the ones in need of help and they act as if they are hard done by.
Do not use this company at all !!!

Buy from this company at your peril! Ordered a pre-lit 7ft Christmas tree. On unpacking on 1/12 found that neither the middle section lit up, nor did the remote control work. Tree not fit for purpose. Got onto the company several times, but no response from them. Had to resort to Paypal to open a claim for a refund. Absolute rubbish company.

I placed an order which said it has been dispatched but a week later Evri is showing that they are expecting it. I have emailed the company and tried to use their chat with no reply from either. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I ordered an item via Amazon from Buyboxx, and twice they sent me the wrong size. .!!

They are still advertising the bamboo screening 1.5 m x 3m even though they don't have it in stock.

Received the goods from Buybox but they were faulty and broken. Tried contacting them but was ignored and did not receive a refund. NEVER USE BUYBOX...THEY ARE COWBOYS

We engaged in a contract with BuyBox in February of this year, the premise of the contract was based off their research and in-depth review of our account where they came up with a goal of being able to hit a target roughly where our sales were pre-pandemic. Since the signing of the contract they have only achieved 2% of their goal, are 15 ASINS behind the monthly contracted amount and have not delivered on much of the services in the contract. They. Have made no concessions and have not improved performance by any measurable amount in the 9 months of our contract.

This company is a typical agency that overpromises and under delivers, feel free to reach out to us to learn more.

We signed a one year contract and got out of it 6 months early thank goodness. Do you not waste your money on this agency. They made our sales worse, couldn't help with problems like getting delisted for 10 days (which means they have zero relationships at Amazon), the made my ACOS go WAY up and my ROAS go WAY down. Sales literally were worse than before we met them. I am sure after reading these reviews they are used to people bailing on their contract. I want my money back, truth be told. If you are not a major brand, they will not spend any time on you. They will just charge you a retainer. AVOID.
