This is a SCAM. Avoid - paid for plush and was ghosted by company after emailing them for more details! Never received plush

Never got any updates on my product, even after multiple emails. Now the entire site seems to be gone.

I ordered from this so called company back on the 28th of November 2025 and have been trying to contact them via email, social media and via there contact form on multiple occasions to find out whats going on with my order but have had no reply, i paid extra for fast processing and to be kept updated on my order im now in the process of claiming the money back through my bank, best advice i can give u is to not order from them they are a scam

Total scam and completely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered back in October (order #44902793576630) and have gotten no communication since, despite paying extra for updates and reaching out multiple ways including via social media. If I do not hear back soon I absolutely will be disputing with my bank. I just wanted fun plushies of my and my friends characters and instead lost out on a ton of money. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I cannot recommend them less.

This company had good reviews in the past, including from some people I knew, so I was hopeful. I placed my order in July(the website said orders took 10-12 weeks). I waited 16 before sending them an email, since I have heard not a single thing. No response. Another email. No response. They had not posted on their social media since July, and others on their socials and review websites were having a similar issue. Thankfully, I managed to get a refund via PayPal. We understand if your company is struggling, but you NEED to communicate with your customers.

TLDR: They have absolutely no customer service, and take your money and disappear, 0/10. Get a refund via PayPal if you still can!

This company is in absolute hell, they have not been responding to customers at all and when they do it’s vague and odd, after june something has happened to this company causing this, from what i’ve gathered they’re dealing with tariffs issues and shipping, but recently i’ve gotten an update mail that my order has presumably been shipped, i do not believe it has been at all, the tracking code is “store” and no shipping company attached to it at all but only telling me to track my order on the SHOP app, well i haven’t seen it updated in almost 2 weeks now, i’ve tried to contact these people time and time again but without success, they aren’t active on social media but their tiktok account reposted a video 2 days ago, they ARE seeing our complaints but choosing to ignore them. it’s honestly so disappointing since i have ordered from them in the past, even last year i got a very high quality plushy from them. i hope things change soon or else they might just get themselves sued to hell and back

I placed my order in July and today after waiting 142 days and contacting them multiple times I'm writing this. After even paying extra to be able to communicate with them during the production of my plush toy. The only reason I got my money back was because I used PayPal.

I'm incredibly frustrated with their service lately. I am a repeat customer after having a wonderful time with this company. They were incredibly responsive to emails prior and during the ordering process for two of my orders. Now I've been sitting for 23 weeks without any proper updates struggling to even get a single reply regarding my two orders! While the website does disclose that government jurisdictions cannot make them liable for a late order and me being a US citizen, I can understand the unforseen circumstances that could cause such a delay, but the company has done very little in terms of communication unlike before when they would immediately respond to the smallest of inquires. The only time I've gotten replies was when I showed frustration and threats of leaving a bad review. I'm really disappointed in this company as they did a wonderful job on the first plush I ordered from them, even delivering updates on delayed shipping. While I hope they really will keep to their word and deliver the orders I place, I currently can't say in good conscious that I recommend them. The customer service has to improve from the dire situation it is in at the moment and ensure they update their customers as to why their orders are taking incredibly long to arrive.

Currently 90 days into ordering despite a lead time of 10 weeks. No communication or updates, and 3 ignored emails, as well as trying to reach out on social medias. Do NOT order from them, they are a scam, and if you've started an order file a chargeback STRAIGHT AWAY.

Order number 2713. Been about three weeks past their lead time. No updates. I have emailed them not once but twice. I do not recommend unless you’d like to be scammed.

My daughter spent many hours designing a plushie character and used her own savings to pay for it. The order (#2674) was placed in mid March, and we paid extra to receive updates.
We have had no communication since the order was placed, even though we have repeatedly tried to contact them to find out what’s happening with the order.
My daughter is heartbroken.

24hrs after posting my honest review below, Kris got in touch, apologised for the service and promised a full refund - but guess what happened next? Nothing. No further responses to our emails and NO REFUND. We're still £10,000 down with ZERO Plush and terrible service.

I've been a regular with these guys for a little while now, and while there have been some little kinks in terms of translating characters from digital to real, I can hardly fault them given the medium they work with. I'm very happy with the work they produce and would highly recommend them to any artist who wants to bring their characters to life.

This was my first time ever purchasing from Bespoke Plush. I recently received my first plush toy from them yesterday. It’s a jumbo, super speciality plush of Anubis, as described in my writing. Since I’m a writer of my own stories, I’m thrilled with the creation. The plush looks fantastic! I absolutely love and adore it. I’m a huge fan of ancient Egyptian mythology, and Anubis was a character I’ve always wanted to bring to life in plush form and in January I ordered Anubis from bespoke and their service was great and I’m a huge fan of ancient Egyptian mythology, and Anubis was a character I’ve always wanted to bring to life in plush form. In January, I ordered Anubis from Bespoke, and their service was excellent. They truly understood the significance of Anubis to me as a character. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

In terms of the plush itself, it’s incredibly soft and adorable. It’s also very accurate to the pictures I sent them.
These guys are truly exceptional at creating custom plushies. The way they crafted Anubis was phenomenal. I want to express my gratitude to Bespoke Plush and their incredible team of designers and plush makers. I plan to order from them again in the future. Perhaps I’ll choose a character from my writing or another Egyptian mythology character like Bastet, Sobek, or Horus.

I just received the plush only 4 weeks after ordering it so totally on time for our Savior Jesus birthday, Christmas. It looks so much like the picture provided. I would recommend customers to pay extra for expedited shipping like I did.

Further complaints regarding my last review, the company did not reach out to me until I left a negative review, I’m fully in belief they were planing on never getting back to me. They offered me a £30 gift card which is useless because their cheapest product is £200 (minus the £40 keyrings but they are sold out as of writing this) they both made excuses as to why they didn’t get it right saying I didn’t specify even though I clearly drew it in the refrebce sheet and told me to kindly remove my review here, due to even further terrible customer service I’m adding an new one to make sure everyone knows who they are dealing with here

I made a purchase for my character. I sent a reference image and the plush came in a completely different color, had numerous design issues, and color issues. I tried to get in contact and was told that they would be able to help me and then I would never hear back. I feel like i’m being dismissed and frankly the product being made poorly isn’t even based on my opinion, it is obviously the wrong color. I clearly had the main color a tan brown and I was given silver as the color instead and was never even aware of how it would look until it arrived. I feel like I got scammed and like they don’t care about my feedback because they have my money.

They demanded that I pay more money than their own description would require. I asked for a refund instead, if they would not make my plush, since I was having financial difficulties.

They have ignored every single message, and a month later, I have still received no response. Do NOT risk your money with these people, they will take it and run.

EDIT: A month of no replies to multiple messages, and yet they are suddenly able to refund me as soon as I post a public review. Make of that what you will.

I am genuinely blown away by the product I received from Bespoke.

I didn’t know what to expect, since I’d never ordered from them before, and the character I was having made was quite complicated, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park.
I specifically left a note saying that the multi layered clothing is the character could be seen in one piece if that made it easier, and that it didn’t have to be removable, and they ended up making every piece individually (and it’s all removable)

Be prepared for the colors not to be spot on, since minky doesn’t come in a huge range of color, but the designers will definitely do their best to bring your design to life as accurately as possible
