I tried to book a viewing for couple days now. Always someone will call me back, of course no call back. Decided to view different properties from more reliable agency. L

We express our gratitude to you for the professional, high-quality work throughout the purchase of the apartment at 77 Blagg Avenue. The entire purchase procedure was quick and stress-free for us. May God bless your bjb (Nantwich) and personally Charlotte Tomlinson with all the best , prosperity and many good clients . Tetyana Davies and family.

The only way this company can improve is to be shut down they are liars. I would not trust them. They take your money and they take the tenants money
Thousands of pounds, and then don’t give a s££t about anybody I will never use these people ever ever ever again stay well clear

Sophie from Winsford branch has been fantastic. With great advice and knowledge. Highly recommended

Excellent service from start to finish with the sale of my property recently.
Suzanne, George and Melissa were great to deal with, and kept up regular communication with me throughout.
I would highly recommend their services.

We used BJB in Sandbach to sell our home.

We experienced delays and issues from down the chain. During the while experience Melissa and the team provided excellent communication and regular updates.
They went above and beyond to get our house sale completed.

This is the third time I've used Butters John Bee and like both previous occasions, Gary and Charlotte and the team have been responsive, helpful, friendly and always ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I've purchased and sold via BJB, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a very helpful experience because of the helpful and professional work from one of the Managers at BJB Hanley.

Dominika handle my situation where my electricity had been cut off and she put my mind at peace and dealt with the matter swiftly.

I also had another issue I needed help with due to a difficult Neighbor and that too was handled by Dominika with great care and sensitivity.

I'm very grateful for all her hard work as she helped me massively and put my mind at ease and took a massive burden off my shoulders.

Many Thanks Dominika.

Wanted a view a property in Cannock area. Told no, as only can view if I’ve sold my house. I am buying with my mother who is a cash buyer. But they didn’t even ask this. Just assumed that we were not in a position to buy and had two homes to sell, and therefore not viable. I had lost interest at this point as the Only thing they were interested in was then coming to value our properties. Drumming up more business. Poor service and a possible lost sale which is a shame.

Denise Mellor Sales Negotiator is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional.

Very helpful, Charlotte ended up doing alot of the communication & chasing that our solicitors should have been doing. Always helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a brilliant and very professional phone call of Dennis Mellor, she was very well spoken and polite in her call I would recommend her as a spokes person for John bee estate agents

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Butters estate agent. They failed to communicate with me about the progress of my property sale, ignored my phone calls and emails, and redirected me to a head office that never returned my messages. They also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that was shut down by the CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) the day before I was supposed to move. Butters did not inform me of this situation and I had to take time away from work and waste my time and money to visit their Hanley branch in person because they wouldn't answer my calls. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Have had a bad experience with BJB overall in the letting of my property, however, since been moved from Hanley to Crewe office and things have been much better. Been very impressed with my limited but productive contact with Marcin Strzelec. He has been very helpful even when not his remit to do so. Also has used his initiative on a small but necessary matter that I requested be completed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pat and the rest of the team at Butters John Bee Winsford, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the moment I got in touch with them, I was met with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to help me find the perfect house. I am delighted to write this review and express my gratitude for their outstanding assistance.

Pat, has been an exceptional agent and helped me with the purchase from start to finish. The team’s knowledge of the local housing market was extensive, and they listened attentively to my requirements, making sure they understood my needs and preferences. They were patient with my questions and concerns, always providing honest and insightful answers. I truly felt that they had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process.

The entire team at Butters John Bee worked seamlessly to ensure a smooth experience. They were quick to respond to my inquiries, provided regular updates on new listings, and promptly scheduled viewings that aligned with my busy schedule. Their dedication and commitment were evident in every interaction, making the house-hunting process enjoyable and stress-free.

When it came time to negotiate and finalize the purchase, Pat and the team demonstrated excellent negotiation skills, ensuring that I secured a fair deal. Thanks for helping me find my first home.

Absolutely fabulous service, I dealt with all the ladies in the winsford branch, Sara, Pat, Lauren,Tresa and Sophie. The complete experience from day 1 of getting the house on the market to the end exchange was completely stress free, reassuring and so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.

Denise has helped us sell our house and has been amazing throughout the process. Huge thank you to her and the team!

We have had an excellent experience with Buttersjohnbee estate agents in Congleton. Denise Mellor has been fantastic in keeping us informed and up to date with the progress of our property sale. She pushed our property and achieved the full asking price. Denise has great people skills and even better sense of humour that made the whole process more enjoyable.

Avoid!

Trying to purchase a property, made an offer within 1 hour of viewing and waiting nearly a week for feedback when we have to be chasing. I would not trust these people to sell my house if they dont go back to buyers.

This is aimed at the Crewe branch specifically. Never answer the phone or emails.

Update - the manager did reach out to say he was off today and would contact tomorrow as per complaints procedure- guess what no contact. Not even an apology from him or even his director. Shambles

It's my first time renting a house out and I would highly recommend Corrie from the Crewe branch very helpful and friendly
