We had an amazing experience working with Felicity on the purchase of our home. Very quick, efficient and hassle free! Thank you so much, we would highly recommend for all conveyancing.

Always kept me informed at each stage of my property sale. Communication was nearly always by email which suited me fine while the process was underway. Th3 staff understood my needs well, particularly as I was on holiday whilst the majority of the sales process took place. Recommended.

As a first timer buyer we had a brilliant experience with the professional and friendly services from both Patricia and Bethany.

They both kept us up-to-date with the whole process and in as little as 14 weeks it was done. It was a real stress free experience and we our now happy homeowners.

Thanks again to Patricia and Bethany.

Kind regards

Anthony & Alina

Me and my partner are now the proud owners of a much loved property, but we could not have done it without the personalised professional services of Mr Suleman Ali and his team. This was a very challenging purchase for different reasons, but throughout Mr Suleman and his team kept us updated via email and phone, constantly reassuring us of their commitment to successfully complete the purchase. Even when there were times when it looked like the deal would not be sealed before our mortgage offer was due to expire (due to no unavoidable circumstances) , Mr Suleman was very honest and discussed what our options were. I would highly recommend Burton & co Solicitors to anyone who needs exceptional support with every aspect of property management

We instructed Burton and co solicitors following a terrible experience with a major law firm in the county.
Burton and co and specifically James Kennedy were absolutely superb in clearing the mess up from the previous law firm.
This resulted in the defendant settling prior to trial in our favour.
I can't recommend this company enough.
Superb professional services.

Just sold my property and it all went very smoothly. Felicity was in constant contact with us throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Suleman is excellent - explains well and does the work on time.

I would highly recommend Burton & Co solicitors.
Felicity Lacey dealt with conveyancing for me.
Absolutely brilliant.
Down to earth, very professional, very knowledgeable, very approachable.
100% recommendation.

I strongly recommend Burton & Co LLP to any business looking for top-notch legal representation in property matters. The team provided excellent guidance through my Remortgage process. They are knowledgeable, patient, and highly organized.

Great communication throughout the conveyancing of our first home purchase. Professional manner and timely replies for all of our enquiries. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent team of conveyancers, very quick and understanding especially for first time buyers who have lots of questions. Would highly recommend.

They were professional, approachable, and always kept me informed.

The solicitors were quick to respond to any questions I had and made everything easy to understand. I felt supported throughout the whole process and knew they were working hard to get the best result for me.

I highly recommend them if you need reliable, skilled solicitors. They truly care about their clients and go the extra mile to help.

Great service at the highest standard.

I've had such a great service from Suleman Ali at Burton & Co. I would highly recommend the firm & Suleman Ali in particular. Would definitely be my first choice next time around. No stress , hassle free purchase thanks to Suleman Ali. Really made a first time purchase very easy.

Seamless conveyancing from Patricia and Bethany. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. When some problems arose on completion day, one phonecall to Patricia and it was resolved in ten minutes- excellent service, would recommend.

Didn't bother to reply to my enquiry (and follow up message) to arrange a meeting to prepare my will. I think this is rude and unprofessional. If they didn't want my business (which I've no idea why they wouldn't), a polite no thank you would have been in order. I've since found another firm and would not recommend this one.

Buying a house was made so easy! Quick replies and always on hand to answer phone calls. We can’t thank this company enough with how easy everything was.
