Learned of Burrfection during Covid times. Got really interested in knives and blade steels. Watched Ryky's videos on whetstones and sharpening many, many times. Eventually purchased seven knives, numerous whetstones, and now a cutting board. The products have consistently been world class, and the deliveries very fast. And Ryky is pretty darn good at making YouTube videos. Thank you!

Zero customer support via web portal after 3+ attempts. When you read their terms of service they do not guarantee that products meet advertised specifications and you really do not know what you are getting. These are likely Chinese knockoffs cloaked with clever marketing.

Product shipped right away and was packaged with care. When product arrived it was in perfect condition and exceeded expectations. I was a little skeptical at first but I will recommend and definitely buy from here again!

I've ordered two knives from Burrfection. One was held up in customs for about a week, but it was finally released and will arrive today. The other knife was sent and received without any issues. Great quality and excellent customer service from Burrfection!!

Easy to navigate the website, and very good quality products.

Order placed on January 4, paid by card immediately. I received an email confirming the order, and since then nothing, no communication, no response to my attempts to communicate via their chat on the store's website. So I'll just write off the $220, which won't kill me, but I'm not happy that I fell for it.

I ordered a cutting board and a knife and when my shipment arrived it was already opened along the perforated tear strip with the knife stolen from it and two pieces of tape keeping what was left inside the box, fedex is offering me less than half of the value of the knife that "went missing." Fedex said the items where not insured but there was no option to insure them when purchased which considering the value of some of the items sold by burrfection is a must and I would certainly have done so if the option was there. I have attempted to reach out to burrfection previously detailing what happened and received no response. I have sent another email today as of writing this review in an attempt to find a solution as instructed by fedex. I would have liked to write a positive review as I am a rather big fan of bringing japanese knives to the global market and promoting smaller non mass production companies that make much higher quality items but sadly my experience has left me with no choice but to write a negative one. (update) After receiving an email from burrfection on the 12th of January stating they are going to sort out a replacement and get in contact with fedex, I have attempted to contact them asking for any updates with the progress of the replacement. It is now the 17th of March as of this update and I have heard nothing since the 12th of January. The other half of my order still has not been used because I don't know what's going on with the rest of it. I will continue to update this.
