I had a leather strop as a kid to sharpen razor blades for microscopy and I forgot how great that tools is but this one is much better than the one I had because of its lager dimensions so much better for kitchen knives. The leather is flat and dense so easy to maintain the edge after sharpening.

You shipped a cheaper item, which wasn’t what I ordered and appears to be a knockoff. I also submitted emails about the situation through the website and nobody responded (it’s been a week since first communication). As a result, I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Absolutely bonkers return systems and zero customer support. Got a Christmas gift that needed to be returned. Was told a month after first contact that I could return with no questions asked but was responsible for all shipping costs ($200+ from Canada to Hong Kong the lowest price). Then was ghosted for two months now with no reponse, no refund, nothing. All despite having confirmation from the shipper that it was delivered to the right person and location.

I'm now out the product, the money my wife spent on the product, and the shipping to send it back.

Was blowen away with how fast shipping was. Especially considering I am in new zealand. Knife arrived within a week and packaging was good. I can't fault burrfection for anything 😁

I received the Knife with the wrong Saya. The owner Richard Yu agreed that I received the wrong Saya and said he would be replacing it. I did everything I needed to, but his company has yet complete my order. Now I am incredibly frustrated with the Burrfection Store as they are now ignoring my communications regarding the order they have not completed. Additionally, after looking into my order, they charged me nearly double what the same product costs at other online knife stores. (look for yourself, I paid $1950 at Burrfection Store and it costs half that at cutlery and more dot com. Search for takayuki-zangetsu-ginsan-sakimaru-yanagiba-with-saya-40987.) Their excuse was it was Import Duty that made the knife cost more. Not to mention you won’t see the Import Duty until after you pay online. This is not an ethical practice. Do not buy from this Store. Burrfection store is a big scam run by a YouTuber. Your knives will all come from China.
