It's a scam, website gone no communication from the retailer. I have reported this to police. Ordered 20 gram bar from them.

I'm not sure what to do. I actually feel sick to my stomach. I've invested a very large sum in this company and I'm unable to reach them. I was assured yesterday that my order will be dispatch today and then they disappeared. I disputed the payments with my bank. not sure of the outcome.
It seems I'm not the only one here.

I’ve bought a 20g gold bar from there, said would be 4th sep, now website is down, I think we have been scammed it’s a disgrace, this is meant to be a legit company!!!

I bought in July 5 gr they said there was 5% discount because they could not deliver until end of August
Now 3rd September I contact them they don’t reply to my mail on WhatsApp they say they had some delays but they will deliver today 4th September
No one is replying to the mails either WhatsApp
This morning their web site was saying they will come back shortly and a few hours later there is no longer a existing web site
Also they are deleting all the information on their WhatsApp a few hours ago was also his catalog and now his WhatsApp is gone

Absolutely scam I ordered 40g worth of gold and they never replied to my email or message no tracking code I lost over 5000£ from this scammy place

CONNED. Ordered Gold way back in middle of June. I've had Gold three times from them before so I couldn't reasonably be expected to see this happen.
As recently as two days ago I emailed them and got immediate reply.." Your order will be sent".
Obviously at this time on a Friday (with delivery promised for tomorrow)
Heard nothing about delivery/tracking etc'.
Obviously been scammed.
I will call my bank to explore a chargeback. Then I will telephone the Police.
This is a serious case of fraud.

SCAM stay away won't use again putting in a dispute with bank to get my money back now

Just read the recent reviews posted by so many people - NONE of them is positive (unless fake i believe now)

I am also one of the victims of this scam, paid on 2/7/26, chased on 31/8/26, was told will be dispatched on 4/9/26. Nothing! Simply nothing! Have raised it with the bank.

Good luck to all those trying to get their money back now. Anyone who orders from Bulliongiant in future will either have money to waste or be dumb. Good luck.

Any precious metal dealer company that offers to take orders and payment, but will not deliver for six months is obviously suspect. That sounds like a very serious cash-flow problem.

I ordered a 1g gold bar, which was returned, due to a Royal Mail problem with delivery. I received a full refund. So, from my financial perspective no problem. However, the website states a couple of interesting things:

1. We can't accept new orders
2. Our phone lines are unavailable

It appears that the scam has worked. The unfortunate souls that paid money will probably never receive the goods that they ordered, or their money back.

I hope that I am wrong, but I don't think so. Be very careful before giving these people any of your hard-earned cash!

TILL TODAY NO MONIES REFUNDED & BULLIONGIANT IS SOLD TO SOME OTHER COMPANY. (See TRUST PILOT) THEIR WEBSITE IS SHUT, THEIR CONTACTS ARE ALL SHUT DOWN. MAY I SUGGEST, IF WE (THE CLIENTS) DO NOT GET OUR MONIES BACK, WE SHOULD ALL JOIN HANDS, APPOINT ONE SOLICITOR AND TAKE BULLION GIANT TO COURT, FOR FRAUD. IT'S A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD.

I purchased a 20g gold bar from BullionGiant after their website stated that orders would be dispatched from 28 August with next-day delivery.

It is now 2 September and I have still not received my order, nor have I received any direct communication explaining the delay. I have now noticed on WhatsApp that the dispatch date appears to have changed to 4 September.

Given the value of a gold purchase, I find this lack of communication particularly concerning. I placed my order and made payment based on the delivery information provided at the time, so seeing the dispatch date simply change without any individual update or explanation does not inspire confidence.

At this stage, I am genuinely concerned about my order and when it will actually be delivered. I hope BullionGiant fulfils the order promptly and I will update this review if and when my 20g gold bar arrives. If not this will be reported to the police.

This company is a scam if you have paid for a bullion report it to the police.
Taking money off people and not sending their orders out. The order should have been sent out on 31 st August for next day delivery. They will not even notify you of changing delivery date.. you have to keep chasing them. Poor service., scam

I placed an order 100 g phisycal gold bar , paying in full upfront £10,800.59. The dispatch date 28/08/2026 and delivery date was 29/08/2026. Delaying the delivery date to 05/09/2026 but im sure they dont want to send it. When in whatsapp queried, their management explicitly promised an absolute delivery date 05/09/2026 and they have failed to provide any shipping tracking numbers, no email, or proof of dispatch. Absolutely nothing has arrived. Their website has now completely shut down its ordering systems and disabled its telephone lines.I have officially opened non-delivery disputes with my bank and payment provider, and I want to report this company directly to the police via Action Fraud.
STOP BUYING PLEASE

I have ordered physical gold the deliver date was 28 August and then they changed it to 4 September but I think that won’t happen I have asked my bank for a charge back and open a dispute case don’t order or wait they company exit already report it to police and ask your bank for chargeback

I have order from Bulliongiant as my pension investment and they missed their promised delivery. I have tried to contact them but no reach, even their website is doen.
I recommend not to buy at the moment.

I’ve purchased gold from this company many times over the past year and a half- always been quick delivery with a gift of Mcvities gold bar choc with each order.
I was going to order from them again when prices dipped a few months ago and noticed their website/ company was undergoing an upgrade and they were offering 5% off spot prices for their delayed dispatch.
So I waited to order on 27th August as their site said they’d dispatch all orders on 28 August. On the 28th I was surprised to see my order was still processing, no email updates and their site had changed their message to all their workers were going to take the bank holiday weekend off for a well deserved break… I rang them in the 28th but the chap told me someone would call back as he wasn’t from the sales team. No one rang back on Friday and then it was bank holiday. Now their website seems locked on one page saying they can’t take any new orders until Saturday 5th September, their phone line isn’t being answered so we are in limbo with all existing orders pending and only a new date of 4 September for dispatch suggested. Can’t access my account online as a result and there really has been no official reliable updates. Disappointed and anxious about all the money spent.

Edit 4 September- site is fully down so looks like they’ve done a runner. Have opened a case with bank to get money back as no response on their WhatsApp either. Reported it to report fraud/police( pls look up link as not allowed to post here)
Hope they grow a conscience and refund all customers asap!
