1st April, came home late night from gym, high on cortisol. News spreading US and Iran came to deal and war is going to end, Gold price started increasing sharply. I was googling to buy gold again and again, found BullionGaint OMG this is a good deal. Looked on TrustPilot for reviews, not that bad, asked chat GPT, started buying gold one after the other bought 4x50g bars.
Came to know it’s scam in two days, didn’t want them to refund, I will lose so much money. Reported banks, they asked to apply after the delivery date.
I have been waiting to report all these days.
Sad I couldn’t help anyone from buying.

I purchased 50 g ,

I placed 2 high value orders and was told they will be dispatched on 28 August 26. On 26/8/26, I contacted them and they confirmed to me dispatch o. Friday 28/8/36, in 2 days time, for next day delivery. On 29/8, nothing delivered. I contacted them and received a "message from the manager apologising for delay apparently due to high volume orders, and promised 100% delivery on 4 September. I contacted them again afterwards and their staff confirmed again delivery on 4th September. Then all telephone closed. I sent a whatsup message earlier this morning seeking confirmation and details. An automated message appeared instantly implying dispatch 4th Septemver, today, but no details. I wanted assurances and details of tracking number ect. Sent several enquires requesting confirmation, no response whatsoever. Around 16:00 whatsup message implying account closed....... Bulliongiant vanished, disappered online, not responsive, telephone closed, whatsup stopped, website disappeaeed.......Big scam!

I have genuinely bought gold from this company and thought that they would send it to me on thev28th August 2026 or the next working day which should have been 1sr September 2026 but so far nothing. I am not interested of any money back because the gold prices have gone down but I would like the gold I bought and paid for over the past year. The website is no longer up nor is the whats app number. I feel cheated and for them to reply to this stating that they have sorted out refund is not true so my advice is to contact you bank so that they can pursue them. Do not order anything from this company until a genuine person gets the gold they have purchased which is really doubtful and I will wait for their reply which will be the same as the other cheated people which lies about new customers. Please do not be fooled like I was, but should they send me the gold I purchase I will apologies and rewrite a review but I doubt it.

Biggest SCAMMER, I have opened a dispute with bank to get my money back now. I would suggest everyone to make a police complaint and take it further with the relevant departments. These kind of people should be in a prison….

website is gone and w/a not working. No update on my order since the 31st August. Id advise anyone who has ordered with them to get in touch with your bank and get that charge back asap. We need to report them!

Website is gone and so is the whatsapp contact. Working with the bank now to get my money back. No delivery no more contact. Go to more trusted places. Stay away it they ever open their site again.

Do not purchase!!! Ordered 50g of gold bar costing nearly £6000 back in April. They said they will dispatching on the 28th. It’s all a lie!
I hope the bank refunds everyone’s money 😭

Please report Miraj Ladwa to the police. He is the individual responsible for the alleged scam and that the events leading up to it were planned well in advance.

It is alleged that, as the expected delivery date for customers’ orders approached, Miraj Ladwa resigned as a director and appointed another individual in his place — someone I believe was intended to act as a "fall guy". My concern is that responsibility for the unfulfilled orders may subsequently be attributed to the newly appointed director rather than to those responsible for taking and managing the orders beforehand.

There are also serious allegations concerning Bullion Giant (BG Metals Ltd) and whether it ever held the stock required to fulfil the orders it accepted. It is further alleged that trading relationships or accounts with PAMP, Metalor and other suppliers were terminated following defaults involving orders reportedly worth millions.

These are extremely serious allegations. Anyone with first-hand information, transaction records, correspondence, payment details or other evidence should provide that material directly to the police and relevant authorities so that the circumstances can be properly investigated.

got scammed of more than 5k£ fake setup dont order any stuff from here that was hard earned money of mine absolute scam and fraud

Didn't received my order this side people are hige FRAUD... Phone numbers are suddenly dissappear...landlines it's off obviously unable to leave voicemail... WhatsApp was deleted... obviously noone response to emails... Tatal scam

Sent them a message on WhatsApp asking for confirmation as gold was supposed to be dispatched on the 4th 1 hour later their profile picture is gone and messages not going through as if they have blocked me

Scammers. Ordered a gold bar in June and they promise to dispatch on August 31st due to changing systems which was all a lie. Promised a refund to me but they have closed their website and can no longer contact them on WhatsApp.

Now the website is completely down,

Bank says i cant raise chargeback as i made payment through Faster Payment system..

any help, how to claim chargeback for payment made through Faster Payment

They have now deleted their whatsapp. Their website is down. Phone not working and goods not dispatched. Total scam. Not getting our gold. Such a loser they are. I had a purchase of almost £5700. 🤧

I purchased £5k+ worth of gold Britannias on Aug 27. The money moved correctly from my Bank of Scotland account to BullionGiant. However, I have received no further communication. Today is 4 Sept 26 and prior website data was that the gold would ship on 4 Sept, but the website is now closed and I have received no email or text communication that my order has been filled. The risk of fraud is high, but not confirmed yet.
I will update this report should I receive gold or refund or further communication from the company.

Ordered and was meant to be dispatched in August to take advantage of 5% discount, I contacted them they said September dispatch. Contacted again and they assured dispatch would be today. No tracking details sent, and messages are no longer going through, their website isn't accessible. Spent over 6k

I texted them this morning they said they will send an email later on. Afternoon i text them what is happened any update no response then i said you guys scamming people. They just block me from wp. Now i will contact with my bank.
