I have been a Bulkestate client since 28.07.2020. I do not recommend Bulkestate at all. I have made 6 investments and all of them are long overdue.

My experience relates to the following projects:

1) Dzirnavu Apartments II. Delay: 12 months.
2) Kr. Barona Apartments - 3rd stage. Delay: 17 months.
3) Blaumaņan Apartments. Delay: 18 months.
4) Dzirnavu Street III. Delay: 24 months.
5) Zeļļu Street - 6th stage. Delay: 24 months.
6) Zeļļu Street - 5th stage. Delay: 26 months.

Additionally, two comments:

1) Bulkestate has unilaterally decided to extend repayment periods for debtors without consulting customers.
2) A while ago Bulkestate decided to remove the option for customers to communicate with each other on the platform.

It seems the lack of transparency is very common in this company.

All my investments are in a delay with years. I used a Direct exit for one of my investments to get at least the 400 out of 500 invested for this project. After I did withdraw on their platform, it showed that money are withdrawn, and I received them 12 days later.

Bulkestate was one of three platforms I invested in and had some issues with the repayment on time. But then Bulkestate repaid all the money for delay, while other platforms dont do that. I guess they sometimes have issues with payments, but I received additional money for extra time.

Met bulkestate team in Stuttgart, and after that invested in few projects, have had no problems so far with payments. Really nice people, had a chat about what are the main challenges for platforms now.

Bulketate was first platform where I made investment, have had a chat with team, nice approach to rea estate investments.

Diverse options, but I would like to see more objects to invest in. Now I have some that are repaid and for some still waiting the repayment but would like to invest more. Hope they will continue with investment objects also, not only group-buying.

Very few projects with a lot of restructured debt and new payment schedules that you have no say in.
I stopped investing in projects around 4 years ago and am still waiting on the payments for projects that should be finished around 3 years back.

But worst of all withdrawals are not working, in fact, the money leaves your bulkestate account but it never reaches your bank account. I withdrew around 500€ on 22/05/2023 and to this day none has reached my bank account. After multiple contacts their excuse was that the transactions are being processed manually, I haven't got any other response since despite trying to contact them multiple times.

I am invested in Brīvības Boulevard - 2nd stage and Ķiršu Street.
As stated in my previous reviews, at first funding deadlines got extended by months resulting in my money being locked without earning interest and with no option to withdraw my consent to fund these projects.
Now repayment of both projects are delayed by half a year and with no repayment date in sight.
No interest payments have been made.
Bulkestate haven't offered investors any progress updates since april (four months ago).

Update (24.02.2024)
Now a year has passed since the agreed repayment date, yet not a single penny has been repaid.
Bulkestate has provided no updates for 10 and 6 months, respectively.
My money are gone and I am left in the dark.

Stay away from Bulkestate!

I was able to exercise the direct exit option accepting a loss of 20% of my principal and ALL accrued interest over the last 2 years.
But when I tried to withdraw my money Bulkestate never transfered my money to my bank account. The money is no longer in my Bulkestate account, nor in my bank account.

Simply put: Bulkestate stole €1600 from me.
They are thieves. And they will steal your money too.

After 3 weeks, withdrawn money (only 30 EUR) still ist not in my account. Even after several email reminders. Calling them +371 24 202 024 doesn't help, nobody answers.
Also, there are almost no more new projects, so where will the salaries of their employees come from? I guess they don't have any more.
Moreover, they have not provided ANY updates about the stuck projects for months.

Bevor corona, everything went pretty smooth with them and they offered good returns.

If I get my money and updates, I'll review my review.

I am sorry to hear of the difficult situation I went through with Bulkestate. I want to alert all users who may be considering investing with them about my unfortunate experience.

I made a deposit of 3,781.83 euros, but the amount never appeared in my Bulkestate account. Despite my efforts and countless emails, they provided vague responses claiming that the money was deposited without specifying where. However, to date, the funds have not appeared in my Bulkestate account or been returned to my bank.

I have already reported the problem to the Estonian border police and the authorities of the city where the company is located, and I already got a significant response.

I will continue to report Bulkestate and all those connected with the company, including other entities involved, until my money is returned. I am willing to take this matter as far as necessary, even referring it to international organizations if necessary.

Rest assured, the day I see my money back in my original bank account I will cease any further actions, withdraw any complaints already made and will also let you know the development of the situation here. My intent is to alert and protect others from experiencing similar issues with this company. It is crucial that potential investors are aware of the risks and challenges associated with investing in Bulkestate. Remember, I won't stop until justice is done.

I am here to assist individuals who are facing exploitation and seeking to file a collective lawsuit in court.

Eine weitere Plattform, die wahrscheinlich nichts anderes als Betrug im Sinn hat.
Die Seite tätigt seit einem Jahr keine Auszahlung mehr. Auf E-Mails reagieren die nicht und telefonisch sind die auch nicht erreichbar.
Ich habe denen mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht, aber auch hier kommt nichts. Ob ich das Geld jemals wiederbekomme wage ich zu bezweifeln.
Lasst die Finger von diesen betrügerischen Leuten.

I don't have confirmation of fraud, but lack of any communication and repayments for many months makes me doubt if Bulkestate is still working in investors interest and how much (if any) of my investments I will see back.
No project updates since Aug 4, 2023.
No full principal repayments for me since Oct 2, 2023.
No interest payments for me since Mar 29, 2023.
Sluggish withdrawals: requested Jun 9, 2023, received Aug 1, 2023; requested Jan 15, 2024, received Feb 7, 2024.
27/27 projects late for me.
Most projects are one or several years behind the planned repayment date.

This company don't answer emails and the telephone doesn't work.
I made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago but the money didn't arrive to my bank account.
I think we are facing a scam and it's a case of Police

Vorsicht. Warte seit Wochen auf eine Auszahlung. Auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet.

It worked for a while. But now, nobody from the Bulkestate company is replying to emails.

You can make a withdrawal on the website, it will be marked that you withdrew the money but no money will actually ever arrive into your bank account.

No explanation about that from the company.

Stay away from it. It is a scam!!

The company either chooses not to communicate with its investors or has failed completely. I had two investments left in the portfolio and made 1 withdrawal, money never arrived at my bank. I would be surprised if there weren't criminal proceedings following this scam.
