Withdrawal funds never reached my account, no response whatsoever from company and pretty much all investments are late and will likely result in defaults. Most of my investments have been lost.

No communication since 2023. All my money is stuck there since 2022. I saw that some user (Emil) opened a Facebook group "Bulkestate fraud" to do a group report, but I can't find it. I'll join any investors group to claim our money somehow, or at least some information from them. I created "Bulkestate investors" in facebook.

ALL my investments were put on hold and not being paid on time. That is since 2022. They promised construction is progressing and even sent photos, will be paid next year with interest. No updates since 2023

They keep prolonguing the lendings year after year without consulting the investors, no info or response from the "support team" whatsoever, I didn't see one euro back as of today.

Communication ceased. Failed to pay my withdrawl even though showing as withdrawn on bulkestate account. To be avoided.

Mi wypłacili pieniądze z direct exit. Czekałem od 26 grudnia, przelew dostałem 7 lutego 2024. Oby reszta inwestycji też została wypłacona. Czekam na zamknięcie Kr. Barona Apartments i Blaumaņa Apartments.

Zero communication. Investments appear to be a scam.......or, as kind as I can be, they never seem to pay off.

Por favor, no invirtáis en este chiringuito financiero. Son unos sinverguenzas, a comienzos de enero solicité una retirada de fondos y ni siquiera han respondido a mis emails. Una estafa de empresa.

After contacting the Support regarding funds that they owed me from investments in 2022, they said they returned the funds from Remines III, which I withdrawn in their website, but never arrived to my bank account (I have the proof that they should have been received in 3 days, however months have passed and they never did).

Secondly they offered the direct exit option for another investment (I accepted), however they never applied it and worst, never answered back to my emails.

AVOID this Company at all cost!

Due to insufficient regulation, some Companies in this field (crowdfunding) unfortunately abuse their customers.
The data on the financial situation of Bulkestate OÜ is also not good: annual reports for the last two years have not been submitted and the business register in Estonia has issued a warning to close the company.

I already went through Estonian police and boarder guard and now I'm stuck at communication with Latvian police. They are willing to start action against Igors Puntuss but they require an official document in Latvian language which I don't know. I have 4 projects. They have all been delayed, some of them for 1-2 years. We receive close to no news about the status of the projects. They have no new projects to invest in.

I noticed the money I transferred didnt appear in my account so I asked the team to check. The first time they updated it, the second time they didnt and I just thought it would be better to get out completely. I withdrew my money and asked for the other money to be refunded. Havent heard anything in weeks.

Don't invest any more money on this page! There have been no status updates since months - the complete website seems to be dead.

Vorweg: Ich habe mein Investment auf Bulkestate positiv beenden können. Das ich jedoch die größte deutsche P2P Community repräsentiere (passives-einkommen-mit-p2p.de), sehe ich auch was der Mehrheit passiert ist.

- Verfügbare Gelder werden nicht ausgezahlt.
- Der Support antwortet nicht.
- Es gibt keinen Status mehr zu Projekten.

Bulkestate als Plattform scheint tot zu sein und ich kann nur jedem von einer Anmeldung abraten. Mittlerweile habe ich in diversen Telegram Gruppen gelesen, dass die Geschäftsführung wohl bei der Polizei wegen Insolvenzverschleppung angezeigt wurde oder dies geplant ist.

Please keep away from Bulkstate. Projects are delayed. There is no communication with platform. Even if your money appears on internal account they don't send it to you. I did transfer of 1000 euro 2 months ago to my bank account and nothing.

The customer support is unresponsive, both via email and facebook.

Unrealistic expectations since on their website it's clearly written that a withdrawal request should take between 3-5 business days.

I've made a withdrawal request 15 business days ago and I didn't receive anything nor any reply on the status of I'm transfer.

The worst experience I had with crowdfunding platform.

I've been a BulkEstate customer since 2021, and I strongly advise staying away from them. They lure clients with misleading return rates (+13%) that are not genuine. Despite what they claim, it's not a legitimate investment.

Their loans have a shocking default rate of over 90%. Payments are consistently delayed, and the promise of receiving funds in your chosen bank account within 2-3 business days is false!

The customer support is unresponsive, requiring multiple follow-up emails to elicit any reply.

Withdrawing money is an arduous process. It appears that BulkEstate sometimes intentionally delays processing withdrawal requests, even when marked as "withdrawn" on their platform.

Investing in this company would undoubtedly be your worst financial decision.

Finger weg. Alle Investitionen sind seit Monaten, teilweise Jahren überfällig. Zweimal habe ich eine Auszahlung veranlasst, beide Male musste ich mehrfach per Mail nachhaken bis das Geld überwiesen wurde.

I have been a client since 2018 and have received only two payments. My eight loans have all been delayed for more than three years. The platform only gives meaningless updates and they do not reply to your request.

I would not recommend anyone to invest on this platform.
