Hello, I want to express a strong complaint about the terrible service from this company. They're causing problems at work because they haven't delivered all the materials needed for the project. They're incompetent and irresponsible, and now they're saying they won't ship until tomorrow. I urge other people to think twice before buying from this company.

Hi Nestor, your original order of shingle was delivered on time but you decided to add 1 bag of sand afterwards.It was unfortunate that our supplier added 1 bag of shingle not sand.As a gesture of goodwill we refunded the delivery charge.I will chase up the delivery in the morning. Regards Gary
