The day I booked to get my timber delivered was rearranged as the delivery driver was ill. They arranged another date for me and it was delivered on time. I was sent a text to let me know when they would arrive. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

I was telephoned to be told that the size I ordered was not available in this area and asked to accept two larger ones instead of the three I wanted. Then they did not deliver on Friday instead on Monday, then I discovered that the size I ordered is, after all, available in this area.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the service. Will be useing again. 10 out of 10. 👍

I ordered all I neede for my new patio, it was delivered today. Very happy with the service, delivery and quality. Would definately recommend them.

Company were unable to deliver on day they gave me nor wthin 2 working days as advertised.Suggested that I could go pick it up myself,but as I dont drive .... 3 stars only given as they promptly gave me a full refund at my request

Contact with company good, order efficiently logged. My original delivery date was changed but no real problem, alternate delivery date no order arrived, contacted company. Pleasant conversation to investigate. Had to ring next date cos no confirmation of delivery. Delivery arrived within one hour got a notification from jewsons 4 hours after delivery that the delivery would arrive within next two hours. More a complaint about the delivery partner than about the company itself

The delivery was not on time, 5 days late. The order didn't arrive complete, and I'm still waiting for part of it. I've had to postpone work for a week, causing me financial losses.
Hello, I want to express a strong complaint about the terrible service from this company. They're causing problems at work because they haven't delivered all the materials needed for the project. They're incompetent and irresponsible, and now they're saying they won't ship until tomorrow. I urge other people to think twice before buying from this company.
