Bug Pets LTD Anmeldelser

My mantis and crickets came alive and in perfume shape!! Ty bug pets

Super happy with my new spider. Beautiful packed. Will definitely order from them again

Great and fast service however I’ve noticed some other websites that sell critters enclose a little care sheet/ info sheet about the critter you have purchased as I would of loved to have known what life stage they are at of the time of purchase and what food they were being fed but other than that I can’t complain, my partner and myself have ordered a few critters now one a jumping spider and two mantids and all have come in perfect health

2nd time of ordering 4 jumping spiders nice and heathy great service packaging and delivery would recommend

Was unsure at first as I've never used yhis company before especially being live stock . But from start to finish it was perfect. Everything came within time . Little chap was happy and well contained. He's currently in his new habitat.. living the life of Riley.. perfect and I will definetly be re ordering more jumping spiders ..

great service- product arrived as stated.
will definitely purchase from Bug Pets in future

Superb service, strongly recommend. Little cherub is a little smaller than I was expecting but he/she’s a beauty.

Fantastic, my bug arrived save and sound xx

Interesting selection of species, I purchased jumping spiders, very good communication, smooth transaction, spiders arrived well and doing well. Recommended seller

Had some hiccups with delivery which to cut the long story short arrived 6 days after ordering.
But the most important aspect of it all, was the speediness of the reply from Rosie which helped a lot when you're concerned if the pet you bought will be ok, due to the delay. It arrived safe and sound and well packaged. So thank you Rosie for your help, very good customer service hence the 5 star.

Always an absolute pleasure dealing with Bug Pets, an easy to use system, a good range and quality of products and beasties available.
