We also provide services to individuals living in Ghana wishing to purchase items here in the UK to be delivered to them in Ghana. We can provide details on request. At Browny Logistics, we strive to ensure that each package collected is treated with utmost care and love right from the pick up location to your delivery location. I had a amazing experience with my shipping to Ghana

I had a great experience with my package delivery. Customer service was amazing with regular updates on shipment. Estimated time for delivery was on point. My package was delivered right to my doorstep In Kumasi. My package arrived to my family in the same condition it collected from me in UK. Thank you very much Browny for your excellent service with shipping to my home in Kumasi, Ghana.

Poor time frame

The time it takes for the items to get to Ghana was too long(almost 8 weeks). I have sent items to Ghana via several agents and it always took 5 weeks maximum. I am not satisfied with the service of Browny logistics. I shipped my items to Ghana expecting my items would be there for me to use when I travelled to Ghana on holiday. However, the items got there 2 weeks after I had left Ghana. Ubsolutely unacceptable in terms of time it takes for the items to Ghana. However, the gentleman who collected my items from UK was very polite and helpful .
Another service that was poor was information about where my items were after 4 weeks. You don’t expect to tell people to stay mute until when you contact them. It is the company’s responsibility to keep customers informed at least after 4 weeks.If you are not ready to respond to customer enquiries on time,then the business is not for you I am afraid.

Thank you for your feedback Ahmed and apologies for the 7 day delay. We always give 4-6 weeks estimated time of arrival from pick up to delivery. To put matters into perspective, your Eta was 30th July as per the invoice you received and the items were delivered to you on 7th of August making it 7 days delay which was out of our control. You were also sent updated text messages anytime the status of your items changed. We always welcome messages from customers and will never ask you to be mute.

Apologies you missed your package at the time you needed it, we hope to be able to deliver within your 6 week window should you ever use the service again. Thank you and enjoy the rest of the week.

I strongly don't recommend this company


I had a very disappointing experience with this logistics company. I paid for door-to-door delivery, but after delaying my shipment for over three months, they finally contacted me only to insist on delivering on a specific day I was unavailable — and refused to reschedule.

To make matters worse, after failing to deliver, they told me to pick up the items from their warehouse, despite the fact that I had already paid for full delivery to my address.

The customer service, particularly from one of the representatives I dealt with, was rude, unhelpful, and completely unreasonable. Instead of trying to solve the issue, I was met with a bad attitude and no accountability.

I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional logistics services. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.

It’s honestly astonishing and deeply disappointing that you call yourself a business owner. Either you are immature, egotistical, or simply a narcissist. But frankly, the most plausible explanation here seems to be plain stupidity.

Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the core issue-: the delivery you’ve failed to make, you’ve chosen to put your energy into attacking someone who simply left a review. That alone speaks volumes about your priorities and your character. A responsible business owner would acknowledge the failure, apologize, and deliver the goods. But here you are, making noise instead of fixing the problem.

It’s a miracle you’re still in business with this kind of behavior. Then again, perhaps you started out better, caring and customer-focused but now feel you’ve made enough money to stop caring. That’s the only explanation for how recklessly you’re running your brand.

A business with direction and conscience does not attack customers online, it solves problems. If your wife is the one in charge, that would explain a lot.

Be assured: I’ve sent you a message on Facebook. I hope you read it — not to craft another pointless reply, but to think. Think like a businessperson. Think like someone who still wants their company to exist in the next few years. Solve the issue. Deliver what is owed. That’s the only response that matters.

Take action to deliver the stuffs and not action on getting reviews removed.
