Unreliable service and poor customer care
I paid £250 for a door-to-door delivery service with Browny Logistics. My items were collected but were not delivered for over 9 months. During this time, I received little to no meaningful updates about their whereabouts or when delivery would take place.
Communication from the company was poor and often unhelpful. Instead of clear explanations, timelines, or solutions, responses felt dismissive and unprofessional. At no point was a refund offered, nor was a sincere apology or accountability shown for the prolonged delay.
A logistics company should be able to provide timely delivery, clear communication, and basic customer care when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Due to the lack of reliability, transparency, and resolution, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

This was last minute booking and wasn’t sure shipping was going to arrive before Christmas due to peak season. Goods collected on 31/10 and arrived in Kumasi 17/12. My family are excited goods arrived in time for the celebration ahead and all intact. I want to thank Laud and his team for their patience during collection, helping me to finish off packing, I was notified of progress ever step of the way until delivery.

I had a great experience with Browny Logistics Company. They arrived right on time to collect, their staff are neat, professional, and very polite, unlike other companies I have used previously. I just loved the fact they delivered all my products in a secured closed van and not an open top van, ensuring my items stayed clean and dust-free. All my products were delivered in perfect condition. Even all my loosed items were wrapped and securely protected. It is clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Thank you. Highly recommend their services👏👏👏

I have been shipping with this company over 4 years. They are reliable, honest and deliver services as promised. They are great in keeping the customer informed at every stage of shipment, excellent communication throughout. Their prices are moderate and above all they render excellent services.
