Great Prices, Good Comms and really fast delivery by DHL. Can recommend Brown's to anyone

I purchased a Gucci women's schoolbag from this website on May 1st. The delivery address is Macau. The order number is: YZNHBT. The other party showed that it was shipped at 03:20 in the morning on May 2 (Asia time). The carrier was DHL and the tracking number was 5155049480. The package was not dispatched after arriving at the Macau operation station. Instead, it was returned directly to the sender. I did not sign for it or touch the package. DHL Macau can also confirm this! Includes logistics information. Now the other party (website) refuses to refund. They say that the package sent does not match what they received! Put the responsibility on my side! I didn't receive the package at all. Why is the responsibility on my side? ?

Ich habe bei Browns Fashion ein Designer - T-Shirt bestellt, das in schwarz angegeben und abgebildet war - Versandkosten betrugen 10 Euro.
Als es ankam, stellte sich heraus, dass das Shirt grün/grau war.
Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice 2x, erhielt nie eine Antwort.
Ich sendete es zurück mit dem Grund der Retoure und dem Hinweis, mir die Versandkosten zu erstatten, da es fälschlicherweise ja ein Fehler ihrerseits war - heute ist das Geld erstattet worden: die Versandkosten wurden abgezogen!!!
Geht gar nicht und ist sicherlich meine letzte Bestellung dort

Very, very disappointed with Browns Fashion.
The website is clunky and offers extremely poor UX.
I purchased an expensive white t shirt which arrived marked and stained. I emailed Browns Fashion Customer Service Team advising them of this and requested a replacement but never even received a response…
Totally non-existent customer service.
Hugely disappointing experience from start to finish.
I would not recommend Browns Fashion to anyone.
Try Matches or Mr Porter instead.

Returned some 'distressed Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats' my return is being rejected because they are 'more distressed and bent than how they were sent out'??? I had them in my possession for 1.5 hours before returning and tried on one shoe only before realising they weren't my style. The style of the shoe is that they are pre-distressed. I have been arguing this for days. I understand that your company is in financial difficulty but this is illegal. DO NOT SHOP HERE - SUPER DODGY!!! Mytheresa, Matches and Net have much better customer service. Browns have stolen £360 from me.

Good luck if you email Browns Fashion with a question or request -- they never got back to me, despite three attempts. Extremely unprofessional. Any company that does not respond to inquiries at all is not a legitimate company, in my view, and yet they tout their purported "high standards" in this review section, where I can see that many others are complaining.

Extremely dissatisfied with BrownsFashion's customer service. Tried to address a bag issue, provided valid receipt, but faced resistance due to an email mismatch. Bag purchased from Jacquemus brand, who were willing to help but couldn't intervene as it was a Browns Fashion purchase. Disappointed in Browns Fashion's lack of empathy and uncooperative stance. At least they could ask to see more details about the bag condition, since it is a expensive bag. Just use this bag for one year on special events and its damage, it doesn't look normal to me.

non-respect of their employees, ultra cheap boots and shoes, the manager of Place St-Foy Verbally intimidates the employees as well as the customers. The Head office has been notified and no initiative on their part the said individual continues to harass others.

Everyone that thinks of joining Loss Prevention department. 



Unfortunately had a bad experience with Loss Prevention department manager while was working there. After spending many years in Security Industry and having strong Loss Prevention background I just want to say that I just met a lady who thinks she is the smartest and the best manager in the whole world. But it’s too good to be true…

After joining and spending some time at Browns Fashion I have noticed that LP Manager is just very selfish trying to micromanage everyone (including staff members/cleaners), failing to give a feedback to the team, she had inability to be friendly and helpful, regular absence to work and leaving her team to work under high pressure, poor communication skills verbally and written, very weak security/LP background and not experienced, Over-reliance on employee self-management, Credit-stealing and more.. I could list many more but I think you all understood what I want to say. 


Unfortunately I have to write this feedback here and warn you all. All other people working there starting from cleaners to other managers are really sweet and great to work with, the only problem we used to have it was her.

If you still thinking of joining this department and you are ready of doing 3 people job, be underpaid (less than 28k/year) always be watched/micromanaged its your place! If not please avoid this shop and position.

Not good service please dont buy anything from here i have order pent shirt and they have sended old ladies kurtis now i want to contact them and they don't have any number also

Absolutely shocking service.
Returned an item to them , paid for the return postage. They are now saying they can’t track it so I have to pay for it even after proof of postage etc has been sent to them.I’ve spent lots with them over the years I will not anymore. Horrendous e mails of some guy in customer service. Will not purchase any more products from them.

I absolutely love this company. In August 2023, I purchased a pair of Versace shoes. After wearing them once, the sole of the shoe, which is glued...really Versace, gule???? slipped down about 1/2 inch, toward the toe box of the shoe. Anyway, I reached out the Browns and they immediately reached out to them via phone and the next day they contacted be via email. I sent photos and they took care of everything. It was wonderful to actually talk with a person. Their customer service is top notch and really care about us. I will be purchasing from them again. I had a wonderful customer experience.!

Dreadful customer service.

Package was just dumped in doorstep (should have been signed for which was meat was paid for). No message to say it had been delivered so didn’t know it was there for two days.

Items were marked and Browns offered no returns.

Will never order again or recommend.

Superb meal at Browns Oxford and excellent service from Aurelia. The girls loved their steaks/linguine and I enjoyed the lamb rack. Desserts were great too especially the Eton Mess. Great menu choices, lovely drinks and very comfortable chairs. Thank you Browns

First class all the way. My Valentino shirt came in packed so well. The whole experience was great wish the American companies were like this.

I bought a Balmain dress from browns online - expensive item! During the check out I have asked for the gift packaging/ browns box and the dress came in a paper envelope, the packaging arrived damaged/ripped and the dress wasn’t even folded in a plastic protector bag!
The dress was exposed to dirty and dusty! The dress is dry cleaning only.
The lack of care about the item made me extremely upset and disappointed!! How is it possible to send a item on such way?!?
I will keep the dress as I liked it but I am no longer a browns customer.

The store staff are horrendous. God knows what the manager is like if this is how the staff are allowed to behave. You walk in like you’re walking into their home !!! No hello or greeting or asking for help … no knowledge of luxury or customer service or even the basic fundamentals of politeness! My worst store experience in a very long time.

This was my second order from Brown’s and the first time I returned some items, includung a small key chain. I was not fully refunded because according to the warehouse the key chain was missing from the items in the box. I am 100% certain I put it in the box. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture as proof… So be very careful with your returns! Staff in the warehouse is either careless or dishonest. I had extensive contact with their “customer services” team about this issue, but no success. Will never order again.
