I have been shopping online at Browns now for the past few years and have been extremely impressed with the spectrum of designers, the prices and the quality of service. More recently, I have been connected with a personal shopper who has helped me find items of interest. Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting the Brown's Brook Street store and meet with Ermes, my personal shopper, in person. The visit far, far exceeded my already high expections. So welcoming, non- forced and carefully curated clothes. Ermes and all at Browns went far out of their way to make the experience memorable. The items I purchased were exceptional, fit, quality and uniqueness.

I was shopping for really good quality and cute gym wear for my twin sister and Browns had such cool stuff: swaty betty, adidas by stella mcartney etc.
It all came super fast to Lisbon and beautifully packaged. They even sent out a lovely soft black branded dustbag.

I have been searching for this perfume for about 3 years with no joy and there it was on your site at the same price as I last bought it.It arrived quickly and I am delighted to have my "old friend"back.Only one criticism- too much packaging, but this seems to be normal with most companies

Was shopping for a specific necklace and Browns had the best price. Ordered it Thurs 11pm, it was shipped 9 hours later and arrived Mon 4pm - they got it from Great Britain to Los Angeles faster than items I've ordered from Northern CA. Beautifully packaged, as described, excellent email communication throughout - they're great, and I look forward to ordering from them again.

When I first saw the shoes I purchased online, I wanted immediately. I saw on the Brown's website and I got a coupon as well. The customer service was quick and topnotch. As was the delivery of the shoes themselves, which I can't wait to wear. I make a few luxury purchases every year and will definitely be shopping on your site again.

My earrings arrived packaged nicely and in a reasonable amount of time considering I’m in the US. I will definitely buy from this company again.

We ordered multiple items in December for a holiday.

Browns recalled this parcel from Knowsley DHL before it could be delivered to us (for reasons they have still not disclosed).

It seems they may have lost the parcel on the way back to Browns and are now refusing to give us a refund of nearly £1000.

They have sent us nearly 10 emails saying the same thing:

"we are investigating what happened". To which we keep responding that Brown's internal investigation into how they lost a parcel, they themselves recalled, before it was even delivered to us has zero bearing on why we are still waiting for a refund.

Over 2 months have passed. over a dozen emails exchanged, 2 promises of a manager phone call that haven't happened and they still have nearly £1000 of our money.

What company holds on to their customers money whilst they look for a lost parcel that they lost themselves?

Avoid this business at all costs as not only will they hold your money (which I am pretty sure is illegal) they will start to ignore your emails and make your only means of communication through bad reviews on Trustpilot.

We expect our refund by 3rd March or we will take legal action.
