Oh my goodness how refreshing to find a company online that feels like you have popped into a lovely shop on the high street and been served by the most delightful and helpful staff! I would love to give more stars if that were possible. I am a true fan - Brown and Ginger are wonderful!

Stumbled across this site following a very specific Google search- delighted I did! I ordered a gift, which my friend already owns. As it's such a beautiful and good quality product, I'm keeping it for myself. Jo quickly changed the shipping address and offered to help me to choose a new gift! Highly recommended brown and ginger for unique gifts , so helpful and quick replies to answere my questions , received my brown leather umbrella riding boots , WOW these are beautiful . I am delighted with them so well made and finished off to a very high standard .

I’ve had the absolute best customer service from this company. The item I received was great quality, but for no fault of anyone, there was an issue with it. I found this website by chance and they had the large wall mirror that I was looking for. I went with this website because of the free delivery to Scotland and I have to say the customer service was second to none. All my items, including the mirror, were delivered really quickly within a couple of days of ordering and everything was exactly as pictured on the website. I have since made a second purchase with this website and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a beautiful gold, octopus candle holder as a gift, and I have to say, it is beautiful and I'm tempted to keep it for myself!

Can not fault their service at all! I placed my order for a gift and the stock wasn't available at the time however Jo was amazing at communicating the progress, sourced the item and posted out immediately. Found this site when I put a search in google and so glad I did. I made my order and by the next day it was on my doorstep! I pre ordered an item and didn't come when stated ( reason suez canal boat that got blocked and covid ) I was kept up to date with my goods, communication was fantastic and I would defiantly be very happy to shop again with them as the things they have are different I got the Pinocchio shelf sitter and he was well worth the wait so classy he's just stunning

The lamp I ordered arrived with a defect, but I contacted the shop and within a day or two I had a new one on the way and the damaged one returned.

Genuinely cannot recommend Brown and Ginger highly enough! I stumbled across this site when searching for what i wanted, not only were they at least £10 cheaper than every other site, free postage, arrived within 2 days and packed so well, there wasn’t a chance of it arriving damaged.
