I purchased 2 Parot Candlestick holders, they had an estimated delivery date for the end of May. They today and they are absolutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is excellent. I contacted Jo via email a week after purchasing, she messaged me straight back and updated me with the timescales as they were waiting for a delivery on Tuesday. She kept in contact and they arrived 2 days later on the Thursday. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Oh my goodness where to start, everything about my experience shopping with you was fabulous, from your amazing customer service, super fast delivery, to receiving of my gorgeous things, which are even better in the flesh, I now have the tiger, giraffe, and gold baby head sconces. I recently made my first order with Brown and Ginger and ordered some mini Christmas tree ornaments just before Christmas on next day delivery. They came extremely quickly and were delivered well packaged and were so much nicer than expected so I ordered more. Being so close to Christmas this time I didn’t bother with next day delivery as I didn’t think they would come in time. However this lovely company upgraded my delivery and rushed my order to me so they came in time for Christmas.
I am so impressed with both the quality of my order, the delivery and customer service. I sent the company an email to thank them and got a lovely response. I highly recommend Brown and Ginger they are an example that bigger companies would benefit from following.

Ordered a very large gnome for my daughter for Christmas. Was a bit worried about something this fragile traveling through the delivery process - but OMG was most well packaged item I had ever received - took quite a while to undo all those boxes and tape! The gnome is perfect. So happy 😊

Stunning pieces of art work. Packaged so well and safe. Was worried some items would come but broken. They're wonderfully fast with delivery and the prices are really good compared to other small business. I would totally recommend and I cannot wait to purchase more from Brown and Ginger.

Can't fault the service. It's actually so refreshing to have a company be so personable and reasonable - hate to say it, but it's becoming quite rare.

Sadly, my beautiful item arrived damaged, however I was quickly offered several reasonable options for replacement or a refund. Apart from the. Minor damage, the item is so cool, so looking forward to the replacement.

There's lots of lovely and quirky other items on their website too, so I'll definitely be back to shop again!

This is the first time I have purchased from Brown & Ginger and it won't be the last.
I ordered a plant pot and climbing elephant as a present for a friend. On opening the plant pot I noticed a fault on the glaze so emailed the company. Jo replied back almost immediately, sent out a replacement and paid my return postage on the faulty one.
Such a personal, friendly service.
I love the items and sure my friend will love them too.

It was easy to place my order and was received ahead of the anticipated date. I needed to reschedule the delivery as wasn’t at home when the due date was confirmed and arrived on time as requested.
The purchase itself (small pineapple lamp) was packaged well and now looks perfect in our home.

Heavens, there's good service and there's AMAZING service!

Just 19 hours after placing my order, a very large box containing a beautifully wrapped flamingo (resin not real), was delivered by courier.

Did I ask for next day delivery? No, I did not. Not only was this their standard delivery option - but it was free!

The fabulous service and delightful comms from Jo at Brown & Ginger means that this my first purchase, will most certainly not be my last - thank you so, so much Jo.

Jo went over and above to ensure that I was happy.

Customer service like this is suepr rare.

One faulty product (not their fault as they don't manufacture them), was sorted with a replacement sent ASAP, with fresh batteries and the most pleasant email exchange ever.
