Bronze Gifts Anmeldelser

I placed my order on Friday, and received it on the following Monday, and I'm really thrilled with it! Grawlbane the Dragon is as good as, in fact better than his photo on the website! The speed at which my order was handled and delivered was excellent, and I would recommend this company for models like this. Thank you again!

Created account when I ordered a bronze statue, however my order info didn’t show and the page said error. I emailed the business and was emailed back a day later saying my item had been ordered and the item will be sent the next day so the day after that I would receive the statue. The day it should have arrived I received an email with my tracking info (which Royal Mail link said it didn’t exist or not yet collected). I emailed the business and they said it would be with me the day after. I emailed stating it should have been delivered today not tomorrow. They apologised and said their warehouse must not have seen the computer system that stated it was priority and it was their fault. They never offered me a discount or partial refund . They simply said they were sorry and they are a small family run business with fantastic reviews. I emailed back stating that’s not my issue and my problem and for a small family business I’d have expected a better service. They were in the wrong and gave me incorrect info and posted my item late. I’ll never use this company again. Poor customer service and rude!

All good. Fast delivery, lovely item.

Fast service. Easy to order. Loved the sentiments on the packaging. The figure was so lovely a good purchase for a very dear friend.

Very good quality.
Loved it

Excellent customer service. Ordered a staute that was damaged in shipping, Bronze gifts sent me a replacement with no fuss or hassle. Would order again

Excellent. The test of a company is the service when things go wrong. There was an IT blip, but service was polite and helpful and successfully solved. Bronze Hare statue has pride of place on the mantelpiece

Quick reliable service

Great communication from Stephen, my order arrived when they said it would, no problems👍

Just what I ordered and am sure my friend will love it so thank you. It took longer than it should have to arrive
as parcel was sent to Coventry in error !
I have ordered this item before and recipients have been delighted.

Easy website to navigate. Good pictures of the products.
Quick delivery.
Extremely well packaged.

Love the figurine and very fast service. Also asked a question before purchase and reply came back on the same day.

They kept me informed about when it left the factory and when it would be delivered. They were quick and efficient and I'm very happy with the product.

I had a great experience buying a cold bronze graduation figurine from bronze-gifts.co.uk and dealing with Stephen Bosco. It needed to be delivered quickly, which he implemented and so it got to my niece on time for her graduation ceremony.

The Lady singer was beautiful, had many a compliment on her .

Company responded quickly and item arrived before date I was given. Packaging was excellent for a delicate item.
