Beautiful flowers, ruined by marketing
The flowers were beautiful and would have done the job perfectly. What changes the grade from 5 to 3 is the completely unnecessary marketing gimmick towering out of the beautiful bunch of flowers. To see such an ugly thing in what should have been a romantic gesture is unacceptable. I grade that a 0. So the average is 2.5, but I'm generous so I round upwards

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 3-star review. We’re very pleased that you thought the flowers themselves were beautiful, although we’re genuinely sorry that the promotional card affected your overall experience.
We understand that you felt it was inappropriate for what should have been a romantic gesture. The card is included so the recipient knows which florist the flowers have come from, but we appreciate that you would have preferred the arrangement without it.
We take your feedback seriously and will certainly take your comments on board. We’re pleased the flowers met your expectations, and we’re sorry that the presentation prevented this from being a 5-star experience.
