Bromley Emergency Courses has been providing Emergency Medicine and Ultrasound courses for clinicians since 2005. We offer short, intensive courses and online resources to support preparation for MRCEM and FRCEM exams. Our courses are designed based on a detailed analysis of the RCEM curriculum and closely mimic real exam formats. All our POCUS courses emphasize practical scanning experience. Each course includes short lectures and live demonstrations covering specific POCUS applications, alternating with hands-on scanning sessions. Participants will practice on healthy volunteers and state-of-the-art simulators that replicate a wide range of realistic pathologies.

I found the level 1 ultrasound course to be an excellent learning experience. The teaching given by Dr Ian was clear, well structured and highly informative. Each session built a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of ultrasound. He explained all the techniques with patience and clarity.The hands on practice by all instructors was really valuable, allowing me to apply what I learned with confidence. Overall the course was engaging, well organised and extremely beneficial for clinical practice. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to strengthen their ultrasound skills.

The course was excellent and very useful for both senior and junior doctors. The lectures were very useful and well presented by the ultrasound lead. The two instructors were excellent and helped with practical sessions and guided the trainees . Food was amazing.

Excellent day course, very well organised, class A tutors specially Dr Nada on the Echo lecture which I really enjoyed so much.
