Great customer service from Broad Oak. The lads Jack and Rory worked exceptionally hard to install our air source heating and solar panels. They were considerate to our family and were very tidy, always ensuring they’d cleaned up and protected the carpets. The new pipe work is the neatest I’ve ever seen! Thank you!

Best thing we ever did,the gas fitters are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves, we can already see a difference in our bills,the house is warmer and we have hot water as soon as we need it. Can't recommend them enough.

From the initial phone call, to installation, and completion, the works carried out, cavity wall insulation, full removal of old central heating, boiler and water tanks, new boiler and heating system fitting, all work was carried out professionally, excellent service from start to finish, thanks, Steve Hopson.

Had Broad oak to put in solar panels and heat pump system last October. The work men was considerate of our home and very sociable, every where was kept clean and tidy as they worked. The system they put in was very good. We have had a really warm winter.

Cannot fault the lads what came to do my work on my house cleaned up after them self every day nothing was to much trouble for them answered all my questions on how to work things would recommend the broad oak group for all your heating requirements

Very quick install -3 days, and all rubbish was removed. My queries about solar feed-in were all dealt with quickly.
A couple of installation problems were sorted next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service, kept me informed at every step and checked the works carefully. Slight issue with some plastering and they quickly sent their best plasterers who put it right. I wish every company was as good as Broadoak.

Broad Oak have completely transformed the house, I'm now warm and alot happier it's like a completely different house. Being able to be warm and have hot baths etc is lovely . The workmen were all nice with good standards of workmanship and they have done me proud, thanks guys.

Hi I would like to say how pleased I was with the friendly and considert the hole team of men we're and they did a great job of the word they did so thank you.

I just wanted to leave a second review as the care from Broadoak has continued even after completion. They’ve called and emailed to check everything they had installed for me with regards to boiler and insulation are all working well. The difference to my home since the work has been done is life changing and I cannot thank them and their tradespeople enough. Excellent service I would recommend to anyone!
