arrived a week after my holiday. quality rubbish so sent them back. despite asking for a refund, never received it. i would not use them again.

First of all, they take ages to arrive. They are okay, but not worth the money. I would happily pay £10 as that’s honestly their value as they are nothing like the advertising. These slippers are quite plastic feeling and don’t give much comfort and support to your foot. You have to wear socks with them as the thin inner comes out every time you take them off with bare feet. Don’t believe the hype and all the fake reviews! The positive is you can return them for a refund but sadly minus £5 for cost of return.

Mis-leading. These come from China. It’s almost a month and I haven’t received them.
Website says free fast delivery. Between 5-9 days. This is a con.

Low quality 💩made and sent from china (sold by a company named BRITslides?) Will take weeks to arrive before you realise they are genuine clown slippers. I’ve been requesting return information for a refund for weeks with no response. Avoid at all costs. Instagram need to do a better job screening before they’re pushing ads for companies like this.

Absolute fraud. Never received the slippers and now don’t believe they exist. Definitely not British company, when you look at tracking it appears they may come from china but nothing received. Feel totally scammed.

These people are thieves and liars!!
I ordered shoes they sent the wrong size, when contacted they said if I paid £5.00 for the courier they would send the correct size and a return label for the wrong ones. I paid and all I have had since is lie upon lie until I called them thieves now I get no replies from them. Save your money and don't have anything to do with them

Definitely NOT British! Don’t be fooled by the name ‘BritSlides’ they’re in China.
Ordered my items 17 days ago, despatched 12 days ago. Still not received. Have contacted them and they send a ‘standard’ response saying delivery is 5-10 days! So the items are 12-7 days late then? Will they ever arrive? It’s already too late for the date I needed them by.

I ordered two pairs of Britslides on Sunday 5th November 2023 (order no 22889) as Christmas presents, they have not arrived. I tried using the 'Track Your Package' section of the website but this does not lead to anywhere useful or external to track your package. After reading bad reviews on Trustpilot of non-arrival, wrong size and bad quality, I complained and asked for my money back, I had a polite email full of platitudes about 'trust us' etc but no discussion, mention or confirmation of refund. Like some others writing here I fear I have lost my money, £49.00! I have now emailed a second time and received no answer to my request for a full refund.
I also thought it was a company based in the UK but this now seems unlikely. I am furious that this has happened. That I trusted an advert on Instagram, and where I note the 'comment' section is turned off. I would like other people to be aware of this situation, and buyer beware. I am wondering if other people have had similar experiences what I can do to get my money back .......

It’s over 9 days since I ordered and no sign of the product being processed. Customer service fobbing me off with platitudes and then not answering emails or contact forms. Seems I have lost my money

Have just received my order. I pair correct the other too small. Ordered 41 received 39. Will update on how this is resolved but from some other feedback at the Outlook isn't looking good.

Update, never received the correct size and they no longer replied to my enquiry on when it was sent. Looking at other feedback it seems quite common to either not receive or get wrong items. I think this company may adviertise on other names so buyer beware.

Ever so comfy. Good to wear around the house or next to the pool. Prompt delivery. Happy customer.

So comfortable. I have arthritis and feel like I’m walking on pebbles but with these it’s like walking on cushions. Wish you made shoes for the winter.

Had to wait a good while for the shoes to arrive but they are just what I wanted and I am very pleased with the product.

Just what we ordered brilliant comfortable and a good price
