Bailiff arrived at my house today I informed them that I was not in the country and they kept pestering me with text messages I offered to sort payment when I get home he said “the case NEEDS to be resolved in 2 hours” I offered to sort when I get back home that was also refused. My daughter is at home on her own and now feels intimidated and anxious about them turning up again. James Ryan the bailiff had made my dogs so worked up by banging on the door they ended up ripping my curtains and falling off the sofa which could have caused serious injuries to them. When I get home and my dogs are harmed in anyway I will be making sure they are held accountable for it. I have pictures of the damage. Their supposed to be Ethically Focused this couldn’t be more further from the truth. They are nothing helpful they are bullies
Still harrassing us even though we have offered to set up payment plan on a debt that isnt ours. Refusing to set up payment plan until been allowed into property with vulnerable children there
Still harrassing us even though we have shown evidence of vulnerabilty, Autistic child in the house and not at any point said We won't pay.( Even though this is a debt left from previous house owner) Just demanding to come into the house before they will set up a payment plan. Bullying and after stating struggles with mental health was spoken to like dirt with no empathy. I didnt want to give 1 star but doenst seem to allow you not to rate them. Bullies, rude, purposely ignoring correspondence and trying to belittle and We will be taking this further. No regard for vulnerable children in the property and when I told the agent I wasn't about to let a man I don't know into the property when I am there alone with children I was told basically that there was no problem with doing that and they weren't exactly asking much of me . This will be taken much further.

Yet again using bullying tactics
Yet again using bullying tactics rather than actually talking to try and settle the debt. I used the live chat and started speaking to someone called Amy. When I explained that I'd previously made an offer to repay, she just said that my case is being dealt with by someone else, and gave me a number to phone. I asked to to put this person on to the live chat, and she just closed down the chat, I couldn't even get a transcript of the chat. Luckily I took screenshots throughout, so at least have evidence for the courts.
It's 2025 and this shower don't even know how to communicate digitally. It's almost as if they don't want people to have records of their communication with them

Rude staff on the phone. Not helpful in setting up an affordable payment plan.
I missed their £67 payment that they wanted, sent £100 the following week, then received a text stating they know my vehicle details and an enforcement team will attend my property imminently unless I “Pay what I owe immediately”.
Absolute scum over a remaining debt of £160 from a missed CAZ charge.
Hope they sleep well at night

Scum of the earth ! Be very carful, they send you out of date letter with deadlines time pay there’s no transparency with how to pay them you can try to pay them but it’s pretty much impossible so just expect the scum bags to turn up at your door , company needs shutting down

Ignored multiple attemps by myself to contact them, then had the audacity to turn it around on me. Agent was rude and threatening when i phoned them, and gave me misinformation, telling me he would be removing items from my property that day. As someone who suffers from anxiety and tourettes this incident now only made me feel unsafe in my home, but caused my tics to Spike out of control.

They sent questionable communications…
They sent questionable communications to myself repeatedly, and also sent comms to myself that were for another person. These guys don't respond to emails when questioned. I asked my employers HR & legal team for support who told me to speak directly with their 'client' who stated there was no debts.

Ignoring my letters and contact…
Ignoring my letters and contact requests about changing the date of my payment, but constantly ignoring me. The company does not try to help i just keep getting harrassing text messages and emails with capital letters demanding payment TODAY.
The bullying technigues have sent me into a constant anxiety attack not sleeping they are just bullys

I wish I could rate 0! How this company is allowed to operate is beyond me, before being threatened with bailiffs I had tried to pay the debt off via a payment plan multiple times, rang the company to provide income and expenditure and they were not interested, the staff are disgustingly rude and on a power trip, using bully tactics, they offered me such a far fetched payment plan option that was simply unaffordable. I was told they will be taking all of my possessions and there's nothing I can do about it. How the staff sleep at night is beyond me. All Bristow and sutor care about is money, zero compassion towards people, and point blank refuse any payments so they can add more to your debt.

Luckily I did live chat and have saved the all chat . Rude , arrogant and certainly not helpful whatsoever . I explained everything even my palliative cancer care and was still informed they needed me to pay it all .

Hi everyone. The biggest criminal organisation ever. Trying to obtain more money! Here is my proof.
Yesterday I received a notification of enforcement visit. My partner is being cared for and is extremely unwell. I tried to pay the 90 pound fine but they won't let me! So now it is 590. I called the agent yesterday and today. (Around 30 phone calls) and guess what? got an answering machine saying SORRY ALL AGENTS ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER! (But an agent is allowed to drop a letter on a sunday!
It said please call me on 03330705801. Stefano Fiscuteaz. And you know what will happen next??

Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company , how this company is allowed to still operate is beyond me. Woman was rude wanting money i couldn't afford. I'm disabled, housebound and bedbound. She wanted to take my disability money , she is not allowed to take my disability money into account as it can affect the care I get. I pay them £30 a month on the 9th of the month. Never missed a payment even though I can't afford it as they refuse to accept less. Got a letter today saying I haven't kept to my agreed payment and will be sending bailiffs round. Think my bank statement will prove different. How do you vile people sleep at night. You're just a bunch of telephone warriers, be a different attitude from you with a face to face conversation. I am taking legal advice against them as they are bullies to disabled , vulnerable people who also suffer from mental health issues

I spoke to someone yesterday who was awful and rude and then stopped the conversation followed by another staff memeber who was rude and compared his job to the police force.
Today I spoke to Kim she was kind understanding and sorted out a payment plan quickly easily and showed respect and kindness thank you

Tried to pay via there website which does not work nor does the live chat . They also promote WhatsApp which again doesn’t work . The only way to pay is on the phone .
Bristow and Sutor are bullies
The way Bristow and Sutor treat you is disgraceful, intimidating bullies. I came home to an Enforcement Visit Warning on my door step. Saying bailiffs had visit before, they hadn’t! I spoke to the enforcement agent to explain I haven’t even had 7 days notice of a visit. His reply was not my problem, take it up with Royal Mail and that he needs to come round and video what possessions I have. I don’t feel safe enough to let them in. I suffer from anxiety and depression.

We had a letter and email at the same day to pay for something we didn’t even know what it was. They gave dead line 5 days prior to the date we received a letter. I am not sure how they were expecting this. Someone called Steve with tel: number started threatening to send someone to collect our belongings, and lied to us that if we pay now and we appeal it we will get the money back. He was unprofessional, threatening and lier. Obviously we paid as we didn’t want anyone coming to our house as we have young kids, thinking we will get a refund. We had a letter from transport of London that they can’t proceed with a refund as we settled the payment. These people are liars and trained to be one. They were apparently sending letters to our old address so we didn’t get original notes, but then this company got involved without letting us to investigate what actually happened. Turns out we didn’t own anything to anyone and Steve at baristaw &sutor walked away with £780 pounds cash. They are scum bags, obviously we have involved the relevant authorities for them to refund the money.

Firstly I will give 5 starts to the live chat agent Kim she was (the second agent I was connected to) she was understanding not rude or abrupt with me she has done what she could do to help today you need more people to learn her ways she’s an asset to your team! However, the first agent Astif or Atif, did nothing to even try to help me today, no choices no guidance just pay or have enforcement come and take your belongings …. Lovely even though I was polite pleasant and asked for help he gave no guidance at all and even closed the chat down when I went to reply after he sent me a long msg about people entering my home taking my belongings being charged £239 and then there was a £1500 number on there basically scare mongering and bullying. We’re not all people who can’t pay our bills in this instance I paid this bill via the council link which took the money and then the computer cocked it up I pay my bills and on time so don’t judge people and instead of thinking your superior trying being like Kim and just just be pleasant and try to help the person asking for help!
