I was just so impressed because I hired them and being a bit sceptical that a good job was going to be done. I was worried about my oven but my oven was shiny. Floors were sparkling clean and bathroom/toilet just perfect.

The bond clean was well done! The floors and carpets were well cleaned. Rizwan did a great job with cleaning the cupboards and walls too!

Very bad job and I don't like the way they ask me to make a review. They sent me a link where I could do a review, just in front of the operator, and I felt like I was forced to do it.
He also asked me to take a picture to the review on my phone.
Also the lights weren't working anymore after he finished the cleaning and I wasn't able to put it back on, no even from the main switch. So disappointed.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were Late, didn’t bring any of his chemicals so had to leave again, Rushed through everything and had to show him where to do again almost everywhere and still didn’t really do it well. and actually ended up taking my cleaning products with him.

Seeing as this company refuses to take responsibility for the damages they made to our property during an entry clean I have no choice but to try and warn other future customers of their deception, complete lack of communication and customer care.
We paid $500 for an entry clean, only to have the cleaner damage our property. I have spent weeks trying to call, text and email with only one email back acknowledging our complaint but no resolution.
I have documented in detail my attempts to contact and their deletions of negative reviews on their website. I will be taking strict measures to have this situation rectified and save future customers from being absolutely scammed.

Brilliant service. Punctual and the clean was done effectively. Carpets cleaned, pest control and bond clean was done to perfection. 100% recommend.

Booked our bond clean last minute and were beyond happy with the result. Our cleaner did an amazing job, was punctual, and very friendly. Everything was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh afterwards. Highly recommended!

I have no complaints. We have lived in that place for nearly 4 years and we did minimal deep cleans. The cleaner was punctual and professional, after he was finished, we inspected his work and our apartment was cleaned to the absolute best! I would strongly recommend!

Easy to book and great communication, they did a good job on a tough house that was lived in for 6 years without an ever having a deep clean. Will use them again, thank you again.

Rizwan is a good cleaner and a hard worker. The cleaning company was also quick to respond. Unfortunately it wasn’t done to the standard a real estate is usually after. He had to come back again and did do his best however there was still toilet mineral residue that they couldn’t fix. My real estate agent had to hire another bond cleaner and I had to pay extra for toilet clean.

Really poor service. The cleaner was here for barely an hour and it showed. Streaks all over the windows, dust and grime left on surfaces, dirty floors and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned at all.

I paid for a professional clean and it was a scam. Not worth the money.

Great work and service. Company was efficient and friendly. Offered a great deal and was extra helpful on short notice. Rizwan was cleaner and very friendly and efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend.

EVERYBODY - first of all, a LOT of the positive reviews are botted. DO NOT trust.

Absolutely terrible experience. The cleaners arrived late, rushed through the property, and left before I had a chance to properly inspect anything. Despite booking a full bond clean, several areas were either completely untouched or clearly only given a very quick wipe.

The bathroom still had mould and soap residue, the kitchen stovetop was greasy, there was dust underneath the furniture, and the floors were left with visible marks. I also noticed rubbish that had been left behind in multiple rooms.

When I contacted them, they were extremely difficult to deal with and kept insisting that the job had been completed properly. Instead of taking the feedback seriously, I had to argue over basic things that should have been obvious during a bond clean.

I ended up having to spend most of the following day cleaning the property myself before the final inspection. Completely defeats the purpose of paying someone to do it in the first place. An extremely poor service and a waste of money.

Really happy with the service. The team turned up on time, did a proper deep clean and left the place looking spotless. Made the whole end-of-lease process much easier. Would definitely use them again.

Rizwan was our bond cleaner for an end of lease clean. He has done an exceptional job cleaning the house. Reassured us that if the real estate was not happy with the clean, they would come back free of charge. It was a pleasure dealing with him and would definately use this company away in the future.

These guys are actually so bad. Not only do they not even know what a bond clean is, they don't even honour the cleaning processes they've laid out on their own website.

A horrible, and i mean HORRIBLE first clean, followed by a horrible re-clean where I literally had to make them do things 5 times over, and then even after this show them myself using a simple cleaning wipe to show that there was still dirt and grime that came of so easily. I was met with attitude and they don't even use their real names btw.

I've used multiple bond cleaning agencies across Brisbane and Sydney. I'm a resident doctor and I've worked at multiple hospitals so I move around often. This might be the most unhygienic and pathetic clean I've ever seen. Not even worth $50. Do not use under any circumstances.

The main guy says his name is Andrew but his real name sounds something like Rothu. The cleaners use fake names too.

2 Stars so that there's a higher distribution near the bottom of the reviews.
