Felicia is rock star, she knows her job very she's nice, patience & polite.

Brilliant POS was great from the start. My business partner and I both got sales calls when researching and were impressed with both calls. We ended up working with Jasmaine who was very knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed for our business. Her communication was great. Brilliants all inclusive system is exactly what we wanted and the pricing and time frame from start to finish has been amazing.

I have never spoken with a customer service rep in my life, that I didn’t regret getting in contact with, until today. Very knowledgeable in hers and competitors products which was very helpful in decision making. And she wasn’t pushy at all. And even though I didn’t go ahead with the purchase right now, she remained wonderful and helpful. I will definitely be getting in touch with her when I do go ahead with a purchase. She has gone out and reached out above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with the device explain to me the things behind everything that I need to know about this product and just goes above and beyond With the communication level definitely will be recommending her to a few of my people to get a brilliant POS system for their companies.

Complaint About Jason’s Unprofessionalism and False Claims

As a small business owner, I depend on reliable partnerships, which is why my experience with Jason from Brilliant POS was so appalling. During a recent call to inquire about merchant services, Jason was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional from the start. He falsely claimed that my business was on a “list” that prevented it from being eligible for their services.

When I asked for clarification, Jason offered no explanation and maintained a condescending tone throughout the call. His lack of professionalism was shocking, especially for someone tasked with assisting customers. Even worse, his claim turned out to be completely false. After ending the call, I contacted another provider who approved my business and shipped the necessary equipment within days—proving Jason’s statement was nothing more than a fabrication.

This delay caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time, hindering my ability to focus on growing my business. Jason’s attitude and dishonesty suggest either incompetence or a complete lack of care for his role and the customers he’s supposed to serve.

I’ve since filed a formal complaint with Brilliant POS, as this level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I will also be sharing this experience on social media and with the Better Business Bureau to ensure other business owners are aware of the risks of working with this company.
