We were given repeated verbal assurances about the terms of the lease agreement, only to learn later that the promises would not be kept.

When we brought up the issue, we were told that without recorded audio there was nothing that could be done. C'mon...seriously?

Takeaway: do NOT believe their sales reps. Like car salespeople, they will do whatever is necessary to close a deal.

Stuart has made the transition for Square to Clover seamless and easy, on our schedule, answering all our concerns and questions patiently! I have recommended him to our friends. Do I need to mention how much money we are saving over Square's fees?!!
