Great company

They do NOT honor their "price-lock guarantee". I was quoted a $325 all-inclusive price and a pickup date to move my car from a dealership in Daytona, FL to ATL, GA area. I signed a contract and paid my $100 deposit. A couple of days later, my Saturday pickup date arrived and I had no news from Brightway or dealership who was expecting the truck. I called, and my pickup had been cancelled, and rescheduled for Monday. Then, on Monday, I called to check status of pickup and was transferred to a dispatcher who said they had a transport driver who could pick it up within two hours, if I paid an extra $150 and higher amount of $495 upon delivery, BUT that I had to decide right now or lose this window. Feeling like I had no choice, since I already paid $100 and did not want to forfeit it according to contract, I paid the extra $150 and was given a driver contact. Hours later, the transport driver never arrived at dealership to pick up the car. I called the driver contact, and he said they never agreed to pickup this car, and that they are not responsible for what Brightway Logistics told me. I called Brightway, and they said the pickup was cancelled and delayed, AGAIN, to Tuesday. Then, Tuesday arrived, and, finally, another transport company picked up the car (my 4th transporter assignment). Upon delivery on Wed., my final payment of the balance was $500 (not $495) making my total transport from Daytona to Atlanta a whopping $750 (far from the original $325 all-inclusive price I was quoted and on the contract I signed. There is definitely no "price-lock guarantee". Even if actual transport driver costs are up due to inflations, I strongly feel that I was deceived, pressured, and extorted for at least another $150, esp. since the promise of getting picked up within 2 hours was not truthful, and they did not even say anything after it did not happen. Recently, I called Brightway customer service/refund dept. and discussed > 1 hour to complain about my case/order, their poor service and communication, misleading practices, and I strongly requested a refund of at least the additional $150 booking fee that I was "forced" to pay, but they REFUSED and gave reasons like 'everyone else does it, too, to attract business'. I told them they are deceitful on their website (states that prices are locked once deposit payment is confirmed) and they should be transparent about what they really do and what the steps are. It's a terrible feeling to be deceived and paying over 2X what I originally signed a contract for. I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend that you do not use them! I would give Brightway Logistics a zero score if I could. (fyi-actual transport driver, Jorge Trucking, was good)

Whatever you do, do NOT do business with this company. They do not keep their word.
I am due a partial refund but am put off by the company with false promises, and dodging all inquiries.

Their customer service and sales is outsourced to a foreign country. Impossible to communicate in English and representative was very confused.
You never know these things when you respond to a quote.
I should of cancelled this service before paying and find another carrier.

Great service from Emma Wilson and team because they not only answered all my questions right away but their prices were amazing. I had my vehicle transported from Indiana to California. Best experience I’ve had. Thank you. The whole process was effortless.

Terrible service, confusing phone numbers, very poor phone quality - could hardly hear what the agent was saying. They waited to the last minute to double the quote and missed my requested pick update. Had to cancel and lost my deposit. Found another service right away with available carriers. Chose them based on on-line reviews.

The company provided a quote then asked for 600 dollars more. The missed thier move date be three weeks and were slow to answer phne calls
