Super comfy, well made, good value and prompt delivery.

Prompt delivery and so far, so good! While we were surprised to find that the topper is mostly made of convoluted foam given the premium price point, the addition of a free Luma Pillow was a fantastic bonus. Overall, we are really happy with our purchase so far and pleased with the experience.

Prompt delivery
I bought the LUNA and I am happy with it soft but supportive I normally only sleep with one pillow and find this a perfect height for me

It’s only been a few days but so far so good! The telling will be after a few weeks when I may need the extra stuffing but fingers crossed this could be the one 🤞

The first delivery was lost and they sent me another one right away

Sleeping has really improved thanks to your mattress topper. The free pillows are a god send.

Fantastic product and fast delivery.
The Aurora Deluxe Memory Foam Mattress Topper together with the moonhug pillow total game changing for me no more bed sores.

Goods arrived quickly, in very good order and as described.

Quick Delivery and excellent quality. Does the job

I bought a refurbished mattress topper and it was in perfect condition. It came with a free pillow, which has perfect too. Fast delivery and I’m very happy with the product

Everything I ordered is perfect! The top mattress is really good, excellent! Finally a good sleep. The pillows which I received as a gift when I ordered the top mattress are also great! And now the big, body pillows are amazing! All 3 are excellent quality! I'm really happy with the service and delivery was quick. Great products inside and out!
Thanks

Great product, only let down by the poor delivery experience

Really quick delivery and the body pillow was fantastic - my back and hips are already starting to feel less sore and I am sleeping so much better. If you're on the fence about getting one then let this be a sign that you should! Great company, great price, just brilliant! There are so many options out there, but this is the company to choose.

Pillow is great, love how you can remove little or a lot to you comfort.
Fast delivery

We fully intended to buy a new mattress as we were both having a few problems with our backs and hips. I saw the advert for BrightR toppers and decided that was the perfect alternative. We ordered a king size Aurora Deluxe topper (8 cm )
We tried both sides now the medium and the firmer. I can’t tell the difference tbh, but we both can honestly say, we are sleeping so well and have had no hip pain whatsoever after 2 weeks of usage. My back is still a bit stiff on a morning, but my hubby is fine. An added bonus were two amazing pillows f.o.c.
Thankyou, I have recommended you to three of my friends and family so far.

Replacement mattress topper sent almost instantly when I complained and service was excelllent.

I would have given you five stars, but because of the quiz that I took it has given me the incorrect topper I should’ve had the medium firm but because it’s going to take so long put it back fighting it to put in a bag to send back to you and then to get another one back I’m not sure if I can be bothered to be honest I have tried it for I think four days now three on the medium and one on the soft I don’t like the soft I would prefer it to be firmer than the medium so but I’m not sure what to do to be honest I’m 64 on the last four weeks I’ve had flu and I really can’t be bothered to do anything at the minute however the delivery of it was really quick. I just wish someone would’ve mentioned that I could use it within 24 hours because I waited three days the pillow is fantastic.

Our mattress topper arrived very promptly. It was easy to attach to the mattress with the elasticated straps. In terms of quality we are very pleased, as it has transformed our old mattress, and the bed is now super comfortable. We have put the topper firm side up, which is just perfect as it is very supportive without being hard.

Easy website, excellent product which I have bought before and quick delivery.
