Bright Removals Ltd Anmeldelser

Great communication with Paul and Anna throughout the whole process: Friendly and responsive at all times. Friendly and hard working crew to pick up and deliver moving goods.

The organisation of the move, documents needed for customs, the packing, everything was absolutely perfect.

Excellent, top-rate experience from start to finish. My wife and I used Bright moving for a move from Hamburg to London. Despite a relatively tight timeline, everything went off without a hitch. Anna was superb and incredibly efficient/smart/responsive for the technical booking aspects and customs, and Greg and Marick were professional and efficient with the move on both ends. On top of it all, they were less expensive than all the competitors we quoted. Zero negative to say. Use them and you’ll be happy!

The staff at bright removals are very helpful and conscientious and I was very pleased with the service provided moving some of my belongings from the UK to Austria. A special thank you to Anna for her professionalism and kindness. Also, to Martin, their Austrian customs agent who made the whole process very smooth and humorous when needed! Thank you everyone!

Competent, quick and friendly service for a move from the UK to Germany. Customs were made by BR and went through without any problems.

Paul, Anna and the removals team that delivered our goods were absolutely exceptional. We had a very time sensitive removal that they were more than able to accommodate and it being our first time attempting anything of this nature were super helpful with all of our seemingly silly requests!

Could not be more elated with the service provided!

We were looking for a trustworthy and affordable removal company on short notice. Not only was Bright Removals the most affordable option, they were also the most proactive and friendly company we dealt with. Once we decided to go with them, the communication and service provided by Anna and Paul was excellent, one always felt that they truly value their customers. They are dealing with all the required paper work (thanks Brexit) and also provide very clear guidance in terms of all other formalities.

In a nutshell, we would highly recommend Bright Removals and use them again anytime.

I can only recommend Bright Removals - everything went smoothly from start to end, the communication, packing, and approach by the team were efficient, and everything got delivered just as it had been packed.

Fast answers, simple &easy understandable quotation, constant communication, helpful and fast service, fair price.

We used Bright Removals for our move from the UK to Germany and we had a great experience. Quick evaluation of our belongings via video call for the quote, very quick responses for all the questions we had and very proactive when it came to the move itself (which isn't simple anymore thanks to Brexit). I was panicking a lot about the paperwork and things that could potentially go wrong but we were in very good hands and our stuff arrived very smoothly in the end. Cost was also very straight forward, no hidden costs or extra fees at all. Would definitely recommend Bright Removals and would also use them again any time.

Better than I expected. Professional, efficient, and careful. The whole experience from the consultation meeting to the final set up in our new house was easy and professional. I would highly recommend. As a bonus, they were cheaper than other professionals I came across. I move alot so it's great to know there is a reliable option without breaking the bank.

The Bright Removals team took amazing care of my transfer and supported me with everything from start to finish. Especially when customs clearance was a bit more difficult than usual, Paul and his team did a stellar job in ensuring we found a solution and had all the right documents to had. Many thanks again for everything and I highly recommend them!

Bright Removals did a great job end-to-end. They were super communicative throughout and the guys on the ground worked solidly to pack and unload as quickly and carefully as possible.

Considerate, friendly and efficient team, everything went very smoothly, and all our belongings made it safely to Germany at the planned time. Would absolutely recommend.

Great experience. Quick, efficient, and easy. Fantastic customer service

Bright Removals is a friendly and professional company. I have used their services to and from Germany over a period of five years and they did a brilliant job. Their team is fantastic as well, moving my belongings from UK to Germany, then after few years back to the UK. They took care of paperwork for UK customs, then I use their storage facilities in the UK for a period of the time and now I just move from storage to my new place. Everything went smoothly and nothing has been damaged.
It was a pleasure to deal with Bright Removals services and highly recommend them.

Have used their service twice now and experienced excellent professional service. Prompt responses, accomodating any extra needs and punctual service.

Aachen to London, collected on time and arrived early in London. Paul helpful in planning the trip.
