Bright Removals Ltd Anmeldelser

Everything went smooth and we can definitely recommend Bright Removals!

A company that did what it said it would do with no fuss, expert knowledge in Germany and the UK, good communication, nice, respectful teams, and fair pricing. No hesitation to recommend.

The strong points of Bright Removals' professionality are professionality and/but kindness.
The move involved the delivery to a flat in an Italian city of books from a London flat. Bright Removals offered extremely CLEAR INFORMATION about the COST of the move, which did not increase in progress, as it often happens in this kind of services. The PUNCTUALITY in picking up the books from the London address and delivering them to the Italian address was also exemplary.
The impression of RELIABILITY of the Bright Removals' management was also evident from the first moment, and wiped out the chances of uncertainty or anxiety about the goods being moved.

Great service and good pricing. Mr. Paul made our entire experience from getting quotation to delivery very smooth and easy.
A big shout out to him for all the help and wonderful work!

I moved from Germany to the UK. Bright Removals had great communication leading up to the move, easy pick up, and everything arrived safely and quickly. The office staff and the movers were kind, efficient, and clear about what I needed to do to make the move a success. Thanks!

Quick, reliable

I am really happy with the service Bright provided. Paul handled our lab move from Wales to Germany. It wasn't straighforward and they had to deal with a lot of issues with our invoices, customs etc. but Paul resolved it all very professionally and with impressive patience, and everything arrived in time. Thank you! I honestly hope I don't have to move my lab again, but if I did I would certainly ask Bright again.

I had an overall great experience with Bright Removals for my move from Cambridge to near Frankfurt. From the start, everything was well organised and communicated. I was in contact with Paul, who did a great job organising the logistics, providing the know-how, and answering all my questions. Collection was smooth and on time, exactly as planned. Delivery was likewise flawless and punctual, without problems or delay. At both ends, the drivers were experienced, friendly, and very helpful. I will recommend Bright Removals to friends, and generally anyone who plans a move between UK and mainland Europe.

It was a great experience all around. Our move was very smooth, and all our furniture was moved overnight in excellent condition. The crew was exceptionally professional and well organized. I would highly recommend Paul and the Bright Removals for any international removals!

Paul was incredibly helpful and communicative. The price was very reasonable, and everything was done efficiently. This company is strongly recommended.

I had a super positive experience wit Bright Removals, moving from the United Kingdom to Germany.

The office staff and removal crew were highly efficient and guided me through the process.

I would recommend this company when moving internationally.

Great communication, prompt service according to agreed schedule, no stress customs passage and above all friendly staff.

Also delivery was by small truck which fitted down a narrow street in old German town

Many thanks

I used Bright Removals to bring some of my late father's belongings from Poland to the UK and was very impressed by the excellent service they provided, not to mention value for money. At every stage of the process - from providing a quote and advice on the UK customs paperwork, to carefully and professionally packing a lot of fragile and awkwardly shaped objects, to delivering everything on time and in perfect condition - Anna and her colleagues were super-helpful and efficient, and I didn't need to worry about a thing. I whole-heartedly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I moved internationaly with Bright removals in September and I would recommend it: the contact with the company was very easy, they provided great help in the process of navigating customs and most importantly, all of my items were delivered very timely, with professionalism and without any loss or damage.

Really impressed with the service from BrightRemovals: super-helpful, provided a quote really fast, rapid replies to emails, and picked up and delivered to the agreed times. Everything went so smoothly and Anna and the rest of the crew were very competent. Would definitely recommend.

We have just used Anna and Paul at Bright Removals to move items from the UK to our holiday home in Austria. They were efficient, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They liaised with a Customs Clearance Specialist in Austria on our behalf and helped with all the necessary import/export documentation. Everything was collected and delivered safely and on time. I would definitely recommend them and would 100% use them again if we needed to.

From the beginning all steps were clear.

Documents, customs, application for "Grundlagenbescheid". They work together with professionals and they are professional.

They picked up my goods and delivered them in time! And they gave some protection over the mattress and furniture.

If I move again one day, First, I will ask them!
Thank you so much for this great service.

Anna and Paul were fantastic and very organized every step of the way. They made a difficult process as easy as possible.
