Really impressed with Brighton Fibre, the install guys were friendly (and answered my million questions without getting grumpy) and did a great install (despite it being way more difficult than they originally intended). A couple of teething issues but they were sorted out within 24 hours.

Uptime has been 100% (apart from scheduled downtime) and the speeds have been consistently fast.

Prices are very reasonable, scheduled downtime is notified in advance and done at a time most normal human beings are in bed.

Brighton Fibre are the total opposite of the big boys such as BT and as others have stated are a breath of fresh air.

Highly recommend them, install lead time can be a bit long but it's worth the wait.. Imagine being able to watch 4K without it stuttering (looking at you BT and your 80mbps offerings)..

An enormous breath of fresh air after the rudeness, unresponsiveness and blatant over-charging from the big dinosaur of the broadband world. If Brighton Fibre are available in your street, what ARE you waiting for?

Super helpful in installation in a tricky location. Amazingly helpful once up and running - I mean send an email and get a quick, helpful, human response. Even on pretty technical issues. What's not to like. 100% recommend.

Brighton Fibre not only managed to squeeze me in early but are super friendly and responsive...when dealing with them you feel like a human talking to other humans...rather than a wallet that gets blasted with automated mails and bounced between call centres.

Not only has Brighton Fibre brought much needed competition to a street where the choice was between an under-performing cable company or broadband providers limited by failing copper phone lines, but their customer service is unlike anything I have come across before. This locally-based team are always happy to chat when seen on the street connecting another resident, and are on hand via WhatsApp, email or telephone. All this is to almost forget mentioning the faultless 100Mbps up/25Mbps down fibre connection, which is their base offering (it can go much, much faster). Brilliant!

Strong reliable connection (a significant improvement over all of our previous big name providers), incredibly friendly and fast local technical support, and very reasonable rates. 100% recommended without any hesitation.

Everyone I had direct contact with had a positive attitude and wanted to help me get the connection I needed causing me as little disruption as possible when bringing the fibre into my flat. We have had a great experience with Brighton Fibre since switching from one of the larger suppliers. We very rarely have to report any downtime or issues but when we have the response has been immediate. Highly recommended.

Brighton Fibre are a local provider with very responsive and helpful support. They have gone above & beyond to get me online across three different properties, I wouldn't use any other provider.
