My experience with brightHR has been absolutely amazing! Every time I call, I get treated with respect and patience. My recent interaction with Emil Ipe was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, and explained everything with great care and patience.

This company is horrendous
This company is horrendous to correspond with. I have had issues removing my card from my former employers account for over a year now and I’ve had to speak to a new representative each time because the ones I’ve spoken too previously leave the company. The issue is still unresolved and even after sending multiple emails to different departments and correspondents I haven’t gotten a single response and I am so sick of this company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Deceptive reps
Be careful with their sales representatives. They will find a way and add clauses in a contract even when you make clear your intentions and scope of service. They know we don’t always read them. But it is so disgusting and absurd that you have a detailed discussion with a rep and still get to sign a deceptive document. I was billed after making it known that I don’t want any renewal. The response I got was that I signed the contract so whatever I discussed with the rep does not stand. They denied me the recording of the call during my onboarding to prove my position. Be very careful with your needs it not you will regret it.

This is one subscription that saves money and headaches. I can call anytime and get a knowledgeable HR professional to advise me. I have a small business with only one employee - all the more reason to get professional help! We use it at least once a month to get answers that are specific to our industry, company and location.
