I had a great experience with BrightHR Technical Support. The issue turned out to be something very minor but difficult to spot. I had inadvertently included an extra line/character in an email address, which was causing the problem. It was one of those issues that can take quite a while to identify, but Erica was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me work through it. She took the time to investigate the issue and quickly pinpointed the root cause. Erica has always been a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent support!
