HORRIBLE customer service!! I contacted this company FOUR times via email trying to cancel my order because all the "order updates" ever said was that it was "backordered or being processed". I didn't think it would reach my in time for Christmas. I never received a response until right before my order shipped. I had already purchased it from a different company. It would have cost over $300 to return. Now I am stuck with a $200 Lego set I do not need. DO NOT order from BricksDirect!

Great prices. I live in USA and would normally never purchase overseas because of shipping but they were cheaper than US sellers and my package arrived in one week.

My packages arrived in good condition and earlier than I expected.

The LEGO we ordered came much sooner than suggested. It was as described and packed well. My son was so pleased.

Im not sure if this is a legit site, they keep saying my order will be shipped then that it is shipped but the tracking shows nothing, package size 5x5 cm 5.2 kg?
Seen similar reviews and people never got their order?
Also their stock seem fake

Hell no i am not satisfied. The product STILL hasn't arrived when YOU wrote it would be on the 31! I have no contact from you whatsoever about it. When i asked about canceling the order half an hour after i made it you told me you had already sent it and there was nothing you can do. When i sent an email again for the whereabouts of my order you sent we will inform you... No answer yet. If i ask for a refund then will you tell me you will only compensate me the price of the Lego and not the full amount?

This was a great way to get a discontinued set that my son really wanted without having to pay the price that Amazon was selling it for. We saved $70 using bricks direct which is a lot when you’re purchasing the expensive LEGO sets. I was worried about the shipping, but it got to us so quickly before Christmas which I was so worried about because I had never used bricks direct before. We Will definitely be using them again when I need them!!

Your company is amazing I could not find this product anywhere in the USA, but you had one and got delivered to me in time for Christmas.

I live in Argentina where there is no Lego Store available and BricksDirect is my prefer way to get my son the best toy ever. Is easy, fast, door-to-door and has better prices than Amazon and even Lego.com

Ordering was fairly easy once I could convert the page to English language.
Order arrived when confirmation said and was here in plenty of time for Christmas.

The lego sets are even more expensive than on the lego site itself.
