Package finally arrived, however the low score is due to the fact that the only way we could get you to contact us is to leave negative feedback.

We had to chase the parcel, you should have contacted us as soon as the parcel was returned by the carrier due to the 'mistake' by DPD.

None of your phone numbers connect, which isn't great customer service and it took you over 24 hours to respond to emails.

I repeat, it is not great customer service that the only way we could get a reponse from you was to leave negative feedback.

Quick purchase process, arrived much sooner than I had expected, exactly as advertised. All pieces and full instructions were inside and the box was in new condition on arrival.

I was really worried as this was my first order but once order received I was really happy as packaging was solid and product was brand new . Delivery was superfast received order in 3 working day thanks to fedex international priority . Only issue was I had to pay I have to pay heavy customs price

I bought Lego 42114 and it is my favourite build to date - lots of nice intricate work within a thoroughly enjoyable build, and a great way to experience powered for the first time.

Grandson wanted this Lego set for his birthday and I was unable to find it in Canada or the US before August 1st. Thankyou! Very excited 6 yr old! Shipping was pricey but it came quickly .

They are very reasonably priced and have large amounts, it helped when ordering gifts for a birthday party.
The site runs a bit slow but everything works great. The delivery was on time and everything was as described. I would highly recommend.

Even though the items seemed to be in stock on the site, the order was delivered very late because the items had to be ordered and then shipped to us.

There were also items missing from the delivery.

Received a tracking link for my order but on this tracking number no shipment was found. Called Bricksdirect and talked to somebody who sent me a link with the same tracking number. Tried calling them again, but now nobody is answering my calls...... and I get no replies to messages on Messenger and e-mail.......
