As a first-time buyer applying for a buy-to-let mortgage, I had reached out to almost 10 different brokers. Many of them came back saying they couldn’t find a deal for me and two offered options with extremely high interest rates. Then I found Paul from Brick 2 Brick Mortgage - and he truly amazed me.

I had done my own research and thought I had already found the best deal available, but Paul actually beat it by securing an even cheaper rate. His dedication and work ethic are exceptional. He answers phone calls, text, and emails incredibly promptly, and he even worked late into the night just to ensure my forms were completed on time. I still remember emailing him at around 12 or 1 am and to my surprise, he replied right away.

Paul genuinely goes the extra mile. Not only did he find the best deal on the market, but he also helped me chase my conveyancer to keep the process moving smoothly.
