Brewser are absolutely brilliant - excellent selection of beers and flexibility with your subscription. And to top it all off they have a great customer service team who I have dealt with on multiple occasions! Highly recommend.

Customer service is second to none - always a quick response, very personable and will always resolve the situation when issues occur.

I've been with Brewser for just over a year having tried other subscription services previously, and it's fantastic. It's given me the opportunity to try so many amazing breweries, taking delivery into account they are great value and regularly do some great specials. It's also good to know that if I did want to cancel I could do it at the click of a button rather than other services that make it very hard.
Customer Service is also absolutely spot on if you ever need to reach out to them.

Great customer service. It's often only when things go wrong that you get to see the measure of a company. Brewser respond quickly to enquiries and recently sorted out an issue with minimal hassles and keeping me informed thought (the issue arose from the brewery, rather than Brewser themselves)

Great concept and amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my order (my fault) and the team at Brewser sorted it out very efficiently.
There beer is also excellent by the way!

As many people mainly complain online I thought I would write some positive ones on services I like, such as Brewser! Good deal, often times better than the breweries themselves which I would often prefer to go but I prefer these smaller boxes that are more affordable rather than getting a large 12 can semi-mystery box where 4-5 cans are experimental styles I do not really enjoy (I am looking at you Cloudwater).

What a great idea. Fancy a mystery brewery then let Brewser chose for you, fancy a specific brewery, then chose it yourself, dry January or fancy a break then just pause your subscription.

Over the years, I’ve tried a handful of other subscription services, but none of them have come close to the incredible value I get here.

As someone who relishes exploring new beers, this subscription is a perfect fit, delivering fresh and exciting brews to my doorstep every month—all at a fantastic price!

I only had to reach out to customer service once, and it was for a little mix-up when I accidentally set up an extra subscription. My wife noticed the additional beer arriving…….. and a quick email followed by a phone call from Ash, all was sorted out seamlessly. Talk about top-notch service!

Would I recommend Brewser? Without a doubt!

I was given a gift card as a leaving present, they knew me well. Very impressed so far. Great set up to try a variety of beers from brewers across UK and Ireland. Support independent breweries directly. Had a couple of queries, but alway managed very well by the team.

Love this company - much better than similar beer subscriptions that have used previously - better selection and variety of beers and good range of breweries. Only had to contact them once and they jumped on the query and resolved very quickly. Actively recommend to friends!

I've been a customer since June 2022 and love the range of breweries to choose from. So many different styles of beer, it really is a great place to try new stuff. It's nice to support the breweries as well, especially ones I've not come across before. Customer service is excellent.

Absolutely stellar customer service; a third party had failed to deliver a package, so I emailed Brewser’s customer support at 10pm, and the issue was resolved by 7:20 the following morning. Amazing.

This is the best beer subscription to be part of. The choice of brewers is great, regular specials and great value boxes. I've been a member for over 2 years and highly recommend. There is a really good community on Facebook and Instagram id you want to be part of it. And the customer service is spot on. It's a great offer and a great way of supporting small breweries and getting to try a huge variety of beer styles.

I've been subscribed to Brewser since September 2023 after hearing about them on the Beer Fridge Podcast.

There's a massive choice of breweries which I'm slowly working my way through. I love how I get to choose the brewery each month, but also get the surprise of which beers I'll receive.

It's a flexible subscription, so some months I've ordered from two different breweries, and other months I've paused so no money is taken from my account.

Recently had to contact the Brewser team when one of my boxes hadn't been delivered (typical Evri!). Ashley was quick to reply and arranged for a replacement box to be sent out by a different courier. Fantastic customer service!
