The customer service team were…

The customer service team were fantastic as we were shipped the wrong model originally. They sorted it all out quickly and got us our machine and arranged the return of the incorrect one. We were kept informed of what was happening and the people we spoke to were great.

Paid $214.70 for a damaged oven

Paid $214.70 to repair an oven. They sent it to me via UPS. Prior to delivery UPS reported damage and returned the package to Breville. Breville tried to charge me $301.80 to repair it! After hours on the phone they said that was a mistake and the oven would be repaired at no charge. It arrived today in an undamaged box but the oven is damaged!

You solved one problem for me.Quality slipping on the other.

I rebuilt my house after 365 houses in the neighborhood burned. I repurchased 2 of my favorite
Breville appliances. A toaster oven and a citrus juice press. The tray for the toaster was not fully enameled. I didn't complain because I had no time during the rebuilding which took 7 years. But when I did call Breville came to my rescue.
Now the citrus juice press is the greatest. But the area under the stainless steel receptacle is starting to peel off. It was bumpy when I first got it but not peeling. My original juicer never had a problem even though I had it for many years. It also came with a second strainer which i used for grapefruits. They offered no help with this problem even though the peeling is also evident around the cone which pushes the fruit down. The peeling here could fall into the juice. I was told it can't be fixed. Live with it or throw it away. I'm sorry to see the quality slipping. The machine could be made differently to avoid this problem.

Wet pulp and difficulty in removing basket

It is very, very difficult to remove the basket from the XL. Not using it for years
bc it hurts my finger. Also, pulp was always wet. I’m a senior citizen and just don’t have time and patience to spin and spin, and to squeeze and squeeze pulp. No one should buy this. Can’t even write a review on Breville’s website.

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning.

Lucky was amazing

Lucky was amazing. He listened to my problem with my oven, told me my options, and then assisted me with carrying them out. He was courteous, respectful, and patient. My machine broke after 3 weeks - laughable customer service

My machine broke after 3 weeks. After calling, it was determined I was eligible for a replacement. Great. Took the machine with the return code to my local UPS store where the guy could not process the return but apparently did not close out the label he created. Because of this, the next store I went to was also unable to process the return. While I understand this was the UPS store’s error, what followed was 100% unacceptable. I called to obtain a new QR code. Was told I’d receive a call back twice that day with no call back received. I sent an email explaining the situation and received a response with a code only to go back to UPS, for a 3rd third time, and find out that I was re-sent the initial code which was no longer good. I then spent over 45 mins on the phone going over and over the situation, being laughed at and patronized by the agent. She stated the only thing she could do was escalate my call to the orders dept and someone would call back in 24-48 hours. I also requested a call from her manager who was supposed to call within 24 hours. 48 hours came and went and NO RESPONSE. I then had to call again and was finally able to receive a new code by the agent cancelling the initial order and creating a new one… sounds like this could’ve been done 48 hours before. At this point it was 7pm on a Thursday night and I had to wait until the following day to go back to UPS. I asked if a new machine could be sent in the meantime as I was clearly making every possible effort to return this dud of a machine to them and they refused. I asked for a monetary refund of some sort for my time and aggravation and the fact that this very expensive machine didn’t last more than 3 weeks. All that they would offer me was 3 bags of beans! No thanks. Keep your beans. Laughable. Thankfully my new machine came relatively quickly but if that is their “customer service”, I hope I never have to deal with them again!

Replacing my failing to work 7 month…

Replacing my failing to work 7 month new Breville oven with a “remanufactured oven” with a 6 month warranty is NOT acceptable! Why should I put faith (and money) in your product when YOU do not have faith in your product! You lost a loyal fan in my LAST purchase. YOU lost a loyal customer!

Sous vide replacement

It was a simple straight forward experience. The representative was kind and efficient. I wish the original product would have held up longer or the o ring seals were easier to replace and repair but all that being said the discount on a new sous vide was much appreciated. The product works really well.

Great after sale service

I spoke to Faith. She was pleasant, listened to my inquiry, took a step to video with me and see what the exact problem was. You could tell she knew the procedure to help me.And offered a perfect solution to send me a new blade unit free of charge.
