Not received goods paid for in Feb 2024 now Oct 2024.Do not trust this company .. no refund or credit offered in place of non received goods

Received my purchase today and can’t express my satisfaction enough. The sideboard is perfect and as described on the website. The quality is amazing. The service from the staff was Excellant, and the communication every step of the way was superb, I will definitely purchase from here in the future.

Order delivered now.
Unable to get through via phone.
Email only.
Took a few weeks but got there in the end.

Disappointed by this company.
I ordered, and paid for, a pair of dining chairs on
21st August 2024 with delivery promised within 4-14 days. They were never delivered. I contacted the company seeking an explanation
and was advised that the order had gone astray but had since been found and was asked if I still wished to proceed with the order. I declined and requested a refund which I received approximately 7 days later. The staff who I dealt with in the cancellation/refund process were very apologetic and to be fair, were
very polite and helpful.

Ordered a nest of tables on 9 August 2024 and received e-mail confirmation of the order immediately but then nothing about when it will be delivered. Tried phoning the number which rotates on the website screen (0191 519 2300) and have now sent two e-mails asking when it will be delivered with no response.

As per some of the other comments posted, I too purchased an item (7th of July). Only when I chased the whereabouts of my delivery some weeks later did I get told there was now a delay at the manufacturers and an additional 3-4 week delay would be incurred. Although I requested to proceed it has now been 5 week since i agreed to proceed. I have e-mailed numerous times to find out the status of this order but received no response. No operational number to call either. As per another review I read, I too am starting to think I have been done!

Recently purchased Maze Ambition garden corner sofa and dining set from Breeze.
Wonderful customer service with excellent communication and prompt delivery! Lovely people to deal with.
The garden furniture is lovely! Very good quality and exactly as advertised!

Called into Breeze today , not looking for anything in particular but a beautiful mirror caught my eye. Thought about it for a while 5 minutes 😂and of course bought it. The service was wonderful from Andy. Once again thank you for helping me to the car.

My partner ordered a sofa end of March 2024, still haven’t received it. received no correspondence although we chased multiple times. Last communication beginning of June. Confirming sofa still going through quality checks. Starting to be concerned might be a scam company.

I had to email several times for updates on my order, which didn't get dispatched for 3 weeks! The item was showing as 'in stock' on the website but apparently it was not. Arrived in the end, and I'm happy with my purchase just felt it could have been handled better. A simple email to explain the delay early doors would have been nice, especially as my payment was taken on order and not on despatch.

My husband ordered a clock from this companying over 2 weeks ago. Delivery was due on 27th May. My husband emailed them enquiring receipt of order only to be told supplier problem and they would email us on 27th with an update. No email received. My husband has emailed them twice. We have tried phoning but number is permanently engaged. My husband has requested a refund. Alarm bells are ringing now! I think we've been done!

I have had a rare and positive experience with the customer service from Breeze.
I have had problems courting a vase. They are out of stock everywhere.
Breeze contacted immediately upon learning the case would be arriving later than promised.
They remained in touch throughout to ensure everything ran smoothly even during a hitch and I was fully informed at all times about delivery dates etc.
Brilliant and breathe if fresh air to know your custom is valued.
